Did you have to change gear shifter bushing?
Nothing With clutch and wheel bearing and there might be some rust underbody for sure as it's 9 years old car although I haven't checked, gears are smooth but I had to change the knob. No water issues and power windows clutch cable got broken once rest is all fine.

How is it for learning ? what is current used car market price for 2010 model ? What things to check when buying used car i mean things that could get defected over the time ?
Its good for learning purpose coz you can get it repaired at very low price. You can get it somewhere around 1.2to 1.5 lakhs. Just check the clutch plate and engine mountings and suspensions and make sure its a non accidental car.
What is the performance of CNG in this car?

Mere car mein local untrained mechanic ne last service kiya aur usne throttle body ko open krk manual clean krdiya us ke bad car ka RpM flacuate hona lga and car vibrate krne lge Accelaration shi se nhi ho rha phle jaisa smooth

Sir throttle body cleaner use karo rpm fluctuate ni hoga and never go for manual cleaning again. It's an electronic throttle body that doesn't needs manual cleaning.

Bhai suspension mai i guess ni hoga problem still get it checked. Its super smooth with CNG as well.
