Shaken for motorcycles in Japan!

  • In this video I'll take you to the Japanese Shaken center to get my bike inspected and hopefully passed. I was lucky to have filmed the whole procedure so if you're wondering what it's like you can follow along. If you're thinking about doing it yourself but not sure I hope this helps. Keep the rubber side down by friends.

    Great job. This stressed me out big time. My license here in Japan is up to 750cc but I'll be purchasing a 250. lol
    UPDATE: Bought a 400 and did Shaken myself. It was not as bad as I thought it would be. Just time consuming and nerve racking. Mine was more expensive than yours but not by much (13,700 yen).

    how much it's cost for the shakken?

      Hi Moto Maku, if everything is okay and bike doesn't need any repairs it costs about 15,000 yen. That's for bigger bikes. Maybe cheaper for smaller bikes. This is good for 2 years. Good luck and please subscribe to help me grow my channel.
