You would be much better off using an axle without knurling at the same time as changing the wheels. Pushing the wheels on, even with your drill bit trick, isn't really ideal either. You can buy special tools for pressing and removing wheels.

Get some tastors paint pins they work great u can get them in most lane colors

What is the software you are using and how do you have that hooked up?
Can you do a video on how you made the lap timer with your computer? I have an old pc with a small flat screen I would love to user.

No its not fast per say but u can always make a car better than the way it came stock with a little twek here and there
