Yea kids like to eat what they see adults around them eat, so really it's all thanks to Sairs. Luca probably eats healthy because he sees her always eating healthy. Problem is lots of parents in the US don't know how to cook tasty meals with veggies, protein, and healthy fats. Also there are too many people who are on the other extreme and never give their kids unhealthy foods which can lead to disordered eating and is why these kids eat a bunch of unhealthy food once they leave their parent's restrictive house. And btw I say all this as an American kid who has faced these issues.
