I want to do a bathroom redo... Do you recommend a new tub or reglazing it. It's at least 25 yrs old. Mold around the molding. 😝 Also print or solid for floor... Small bathroom...maybe 8x6? Thanks.

I’m doing a flip for a $500k house that was a hoarders house.. needs everything. Show us tiles, flooring, mirrors kitchen, bathroom, living room in budget but enough to pull a 500k house. Rehab budget is 80k 😢 (needs probably all majors too!)

Hey Molly! Always love you videos. I have a question regarding mixed metals. I’ve seen a lot of the matte black with gold, but the gold is not my thing. However, I love brushed nickel. I’m considering mixing the brushed nickel with the matte black. We currently have the 90’s golden oak in our bathroom, which we are going to gel stain the cabinet black with a white countertop. I’m planning on matte black faucets & light fixture. I obviously can’t do black cabinet hardware on a black cabinet, so I’m thinking brushed nickel. My struggle here is the mirrors & the bath tub fixtures. Should I do those in the brushed nickel as well? Is it okay to have faucets black & bath fixtures brushed nickel? My husband is insisting on bronze door hinges on the bathroom door, but I think they should be the nickel to tie into the cabinet hardware. What are your thought?
