while not always possible in a rescue, please people, always feed any dog on a clean plate or bowl, after each meal, wash it! Everyday, fresh water in a cleaned bowl. I was amazed when people tell me they never wash their dogs bowls! 😮. I use either the hose or utility sink, but you can wash them in your sink with a separate cloth or paper towel.
