    P.S. For anyone suffering from chronic illness who may not be able to be as consistent as this: please don't be disheartened when seeing content like this. Remember that doing whatever you CAN do to improve your wellbeing as consistently as you CAN is incredible. Take care of yourself, take breaks where you need, and most of all, focus on that CAN! You've got this!

      Thanks, they are set to the defaults for now, mainly due to the fact that on the 2 days that I’m not running, I’m often working late and therefore just about manage to get the activity goal (as I’m unable to excel like I am on the other 5 days, which are generally way over the goal anyway)
