You live in California? You lucky dog. Initially you keep the olives in plain water with salt. Change the water daily. Good luck!
No my friend I live in Massachusetts but ordered big green olives 2pnds from California! You inspired me to try this process. They have since been brined and are in storage now. Best Wishes & GOD Bless!@@thefigtreeguy
