I honestly think you guys need to stop reacting to BTS, any of the members solo work or just Kpop in general. You clearly don't have a broadened perspective of the world or for lack of a better word, an open mind and that is not allowing you to enjoy nor appreciate their music.
LITERALLY. At first I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt being new reactors and possibly making genuine mistakes and trying to learn and be better, but at this point, it's very clear they are purposefully being close minded and disrespectful towards Korean culture and the language and making it all about it needing more English when it's KOREAN pop, laughing at every move they do when it's not funny at all and making ignorant remarks, not being able to understand when the fricking captions are so clear that most international fans understand it with subs, saying their music all sounds the same and comparing every kpop group in existence to BTS or some sort of east asian person when there is no relevance whatsoever in literally EVERY single reaction video. And army's/kpop stans are falling for this nonsense in the comments. Very baiting for views and likes.
The old school beat is called Boom Bap. It originated in 1984. It is synonymous with early East Coast - NYC rap. Some of the artists that used Boom Bap include Nas, LL Cool J, KRS-One, Mobb Deep, Wu-Tang Clan, A Tribe Called Quest, The Notorious B.I.G.
Thank you for reacting to J Hope’s song! You guys energy is great!😅 J hope is launching a new album Hope on the Street- HOTS, and it drops this Friday, on 29th. He’s worked hard to give his fans music, documentary, even though he was preparing to enlist. Therefore he won’t be able to promote his own album so its would be great to see you react. Our fandom will be ready to engage! Thank you guys and wishing you all the best! 😉
Love the video. Could you please do a reaction to J-Hope's new album “Hope on the Street” coming out this Friday March 29 featuring his new single NEURON and a Jungkook feature. There will also be a full jhope version of On the Street.
lol right that's the thing with most of these fake reactors their channels are so bad that they have to use a international popular group with multiple awards and views who are also millionaires just to be successful and bait their large fanbase cause they only get this amount of views by watching them and they be hating on them when their lazy @sses are doing nothing but sitting on a couch thinking they have a right to comment/mock someone's language/culture. BTS are worth more than these fakes and they are the ones laughing at their haters faces in the end with their global achievements 🤣Mic Drop is dedicated to them 🤣🤣
The "old school rap" vibe was intentional, he was really inspired by 90s/00s rap icons. And yes! its doing callbacks to Fight Club, an older movie. Not sure if korean musicians are up your alley though! Its fine to not be interested in some music. Maybe choose other things to react to? Its fine if you don't like it, its just kinda not fun to watch if youre going to mock it. Good luck on whatever you decide do in the future tho. :)
Hii.. I hope u read this. I just wanna say that, people hardly know this but BTS has a very strong Hip Hop element on their music, especially old school hip hop. 2 of the members came from underground rappers, and 1 from hip hop street dancer. So yea.. they're really good. And they really were and still are the students of the game. This list right here are some of their best songs and tracks. Please react to these : 1. *Monster* by RM (og track from Grown Simba, J.Cole) 2. *Hip Hop Phile* (here they pay homage to the legendss. Talkin abt Tupac, Biggie, JayZ, Nas, Rakim, Eminem, Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg (also specifically talk abt the album The Chronic, Doggy Style and Illmatic too) they also mentioned KRS-ONE, Kendrick Lamar, Gang Starr, Pete Rock, CL Smooth, J.Cole and a lot more. And they basically telling their stories of how they got deep into the culture). 3. *Cypher pt.1-4* by the Rap Line (straight up Cyphers) 4. *Joke* by RM (og track by Run The Jewels, Oh My Darling) 5. *Born Singer* (og by Born Sinner, J.Cole) 6. *Agust D* by Agust D 7. *Persona* by RM (mixed of hip hop and a lil bit of rock) 8. *Daechwita* by Agust D 9. *Ddaeng* by the Rap Line (traditional instrument, mixed with trap beat) 10. *Snooze* by Agust D 11. *Look Here* 12. *Rain* I suggest to check out the lyric videos, or MV with lyrics. Bcs their wordplay is amazing, and also deep. These songs right here serve Vocal, Raps, Lyrics/stories, instruments, just high quality productions. And honestly some of them are pretty underrated and TRUST ME.. just TRUST MEE You will love them Btw thank you
