Thank you for your videos man! I have watched many of them more than once. Yesterday I had an incident that sparked me to watch some again. I got my rope up and did a canopy anchor. Put all my gear on the rope, connected into it and weighted my friction. Everything seemed fine and hitch held at ground level. Engaged my foot and knee ascenders and went up about 8 ft. Stopped to make an adjustment, and my hitch slipped down and had me folded up like a pretzel to where I could no longer recover. As a last resort before cutting anything, I was able to untie my boot and get my foot out. I’m not sure why the hitch failed, but definitely got my attention and I’m going to try to make sure this doesn’t happen again. Your videos are a big part of my learning as I do not have access to anyone to coach me in person. Thank you!
Brilliant tutorials love your easy to get to grips with videos .just subbed..keep it all up with the videos if u have spare time always enjoy watching them ..regards from the UK (north Yorkshire)
Wow, I'm finally current! Usually, when I watch a video about a new hitch, it's an older video. I've tried so many of them this winter, and I'll try this too. I'm considering a mechanical device and bringing in some SRT. I'm liking the Hitch Climber so much that I'd like to continue using it, so this rope wrench with the tether (as opposed to the Fusion, which has its own pulley) looks like the next step. By the way, I got that Kong Futura, and love it. Been using it with MRS, but I think it'll be great for ascending SRT too, probably even better. Keep up the great work you're doing.
Great demo Bino, I usually use the distel for extreme holding power but It also is hard to tether the line when ascending and climbing around the top, I will be trying this hitch on my next tree job, Thanks buddy and stay blessed.
We got a drawing on thé wall representing two hands clinging to each others forearm. Might be a hallucination, but suddenly I saw the fingers under tension just as if they were the four wraps of a hitch. I thought to myself: how genius is this to imitate our natural manual ability by using a rope...
That looks smooth is the sit back too much when pumping up with one leg? What do you think of the Knut that Patrick the educated climber seems to like?
Hi Bino, looks like you are having more fun than a pig in mud! 👍🏻 🇨🇦🇺🇸
Yes sure am. Take care!

Thanks for sharing. What was the hitch that didn't perform as per hopes??
Using my HitchClimber Eccentric with the rope wrench & a Michoacon is SRT heaven. Thanks for another great video.
Nice, Thanks for sharing!
👏🙌the catalyst hitch is in the same family as the VT, but not a loose as the VT depending on what eye eye splice cord you use. Awesome video Bino!
Thank for telling me about the Catalyst Hitch Isaac! and thanks for sharing!
