    Thank you, these are super helpful! A site like Avery doesn't care to clarify anything in its complex print flow and doesn't have simple mail support...

    Hi! Thanks for the video! Do you recommend clear gloss or clear matte for frosted glass jars? Thank you!

    • @onlinelabels
      @onlinelabels  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Laura! Either clear label material can give you a great look on a frosted glass jar. A clear gloss label may stand out more against the background with its reflective surface. A clear matte label could match your container better, however, we definitely recommend trying out free samples of both materials to test against your container. Hope this helps! www.onlinelabels.com/samples

    Can u tell what printer to use to print on clear transparent labels to keep the print long last event with moisture

    • @onlinelabels
      @onlinelabels  ปีที่แล้ว

      We'd definitely recommend using a laser printer to help your clear labels hold up against moisture! If you have a printer now, try changing the print quality to "normal" or "medium." This will tell the printer to dispense less ink. Hope this helps!

    Tnx for the clip. But we have several factors here. We can print on glossy or matte materials, but also we can have glossy or matte lamination on top of it. I can't understand what would be the best choice.

    • @onlinelabels
      @onlinelabels  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Dave, that's a great question! The lamination is an option only available on custom roll labels. When setting up a custom roll order, there will be one "clear" material option with the gloss or matte lamination being an option just on the "finish" step. Because blank and printed sheets do not have the lamination option, matte and clear gloss become material options instead. I hope this answers your questions! If you need help choosing the right product for your project, please feel free to get in touch with our team at onlinelabels.com/ticket or at 1-888-575-2235.

    Do you offer clear labels in a transparent glossy black?

    I recently purchased clear gloss labels and as soon as I rub them through my HP Inkjet Pro 8620 printer my printer broke, can you please advise me what printer will be best for them to get clean crisp printing or do I need to go over to white gloss labels, I never had a problem printing them?

    • @onlinelabels
      @onlinelabels  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks for reaching out! Before looking into a new printer, we'd recommend adjusting some settings to see if that helps. For our CK material, we highly recommend changing the paper type to a Photo Paper setting with the printing quality set to Normal or Default. If you're still looking for a new inkjet printer, we've had a lot of success with the Canon Pixma series. Hope this helps!

    I buy clear labels from y’all. I print in black ink and apply them to a solid white plastic shampoo bottle. Similar to the one you show in the video. But mine is solid white. These labels look great with my black ink. But I’d like to add some color. My question is can I design and print full color on these clear labels and apply to my solid white plastic bottle?

    • @onlinelabels
      @onlinelabels  ปีที่แล้ว

      Great question! You can definitely print full color on our clear labels. One thing to keep in mind is that the ink will print transparent as well, so the surface it's being applied to will be slightly visible through the label. Typically, this is a bigger issue when placed against a dark background as it makes designs more difficult to see. We'd recommend doing a test print and applying it against your container to see how you like the results. Hope this helps!

      Hello, thanks for your question! We're happy to help but we may need a bit more information. Are the colors on your print too difficult to see against your dark background?

      @@onlinelabels hello. Thank you for your reply. Yes, the white writing and and beige appear as see-through so very hard to read the text

    • @onlinelabels
      @onlinelabels  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@aalaaaljoukhadar701 Thanks for clarifying. Unfortunately, most home desktop printers cannot print white so prints on clear labels will appear transparent. This makes prints on darker backgrounds especially hard to see. We do offer custom labels printed on rolls that feature a white underprint to help with this. If you're interested in learning more about this, you can reach out to us at 1-888-575-2235 or visit www.onlinelabels.com/custom-labels

    Can I spray acrylic spray to locked it and make it waterproof? Thank you

    • @onlinelabels2
      @onlinelabels2 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      There are a variety of overcoat sprays on the market that can help to waterproof your print and reduce fading from UV exposure. We recommend testing to ensure you are happy with the results. Online Labels is happy to send you a few sample sheets prior to purchase if you would like to test out the clear labels to see if it they will work for your needs. You can request samples here: www.onlinelabels.com/samples

      Hi Rose, thanks for the question. It's difficult for us to say without being able to measure the container. We recommend you measure the labeling area around your bottle first and then searching our site for the proper size. We have this helpful guide that includes a printable ruler that you can use to measure rounded containers as well as instructions on how to use it: www.onlinelabels.com/articles/finding-your-label-size-printable-ruler

      @onlinelabels  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      If you're looking for highly durable and weatherproof labels, we recommend a laser printer. If those properties aren't as important for your application, an inkjet model can potentially save you money. HP and Canon have great models available for both!

    what print setting do you use on inkjet?

    • @onlinelabels
      @onlinelabels  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hello! If your printer has a photo or glossy paper type setting, we recommend starting there with clear labels. If you find any smearing or smudging of your ink, you'll want to lower the print quality setting for best results. If you need further assistance, please feel free to reach out with your printer model!

    How to prevent bubbles when pasting transparant stickers on glas bottles?

    • @onlinelabels2
      @onlinelabels2 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      There are variety of ways to reduce bubbles when applying clear labels onto glass bottles. Here are some tips:
      - It’s important to ensure that the surface is clean and free of any debris, dust or moisture before attempting to apply your label.
      - Applying the center of the label first, and then continuing to apply pressure outward will ensure a nice, even application that should promote better adhesion.
      - Be careful when handling the label before application. Oil from your fingers can negatively affect the strength of the adhesive - try to hold the labels by the edge and touch the adhesive as little as possible.
      - Remember, our labels are pressure sensitive, so be sure to use some force when applying them to your surface or container.
