you know what i’ve always admired about bakugou that i don’t hear enough of? his dedication to winning. and i mean ALWAYS winning .like yeah we all know he loves to win and he pretty much always comes out on top. but actually think about it - all those times in mha where he fought opponents just as strong/stronger than him, and they nearly beat him to the point where even the audience thought bakugou would lose, he somehow managed to snatch victory out of thin air at the very last second... like wow. every. single. time. it’s like the sheer force of his will to NEVER lose is what keeps him on top. even when all logic and statistics says he shouldn’t, he finds a way. he’s so fucking determined to win that he simply won’t allow someone to beat him. like jesus christ, that’s not something i’ve ever witnessed before in a character. his tenacious personality is so under appreciated. especially in that intense fight against Deku during season 3 where deku went all out with one for all... and at the very final second, bakugou fucking won. against fucking one for all. simply because he REFUSED to lose to his number one rival. just wow.
