The lights are not visible on my scape with day time they just get turned off .how to make it work with the day is there any thing that i might be doing wrong .
Turn off "the use the brightest point as the sun" it will free up the sun for you to rotate to night. The lights will come on though it will still look like daytime because of the HDRI.
