Why do I make ASMR?
ASMR has helped me through many difficult times, including stress, inability to fall asleep, anxiety, panic, and depression. I know I cannot cure these for you, but my hope is that I can at the very least help you relax and make your day a little better.
The main purpose of this channel is to relax you, and create a calming environment. It is a place of positivity, and to feel safe. Relax, and happy drifting, everyone!

I lay down, but because I have Tourette's I'm constantly twitching and can't seem to relax. On top of that, my mind is always working and my thoughts race! So, I came to the ASMR community for some peace, and lifesavers like you have been my savior! You wouldn't believe how much you've helped me and yet again I would like to say thank you! ❤️❤️

That’s wonderful. I tried to explain to my doctor what ASMR was and she was confused, but was of the attitude of “whatever works”. Honestly, they need to do more studies on the effects. There are some videos that help me get rid of headaches. There are some I like to listen to while I’m being creative, and there are some I use to help me sleep. Good, wholesome stuff.
@@EllaEllaEh I agree! I actually participated in a survey that was proving that ASMR had positive effects on things like anxiety, body aches (including headaches) , and insomnia. Maybe just go online and look for similar surveys! Every person counts!

definitely think the perfume bottle is my favorite, reminds me of cork scratching in that it’s bassy and heavy, like a cat purring. feels like when you scratch an itch on your back and it’s super satisfying 😂
