I loved the line from HARRY SUDOCK right after the 00:30:00 timestamp, slightly paraphrased here: "When employees finally pressure employers to provide access to these sats- and bitcoin- native ways...that's when we've won."

At 34:00, Harry nails it. Every institution has lost credibility: Governments, banks, education, healthcare, pharma, big tech, churches, big biz, etc. "Do not believe your lying eyes." 👏👏👏

31:00 People will learn that being responsible for oneself is better than relinquishing that responsibility to others. They are learning it now.

I've actually got Bitcoin fatigue at the moment too!! Listening to too many podcasts!! I have to realise that I don't need constant reassurance about my decision to stack SATs anymore!! I know deep down in my heart I've made the right decision!! This podcast and Simply Bitcoin are my go to formats!! Thanks guys, thanks for everything you're doing for us, it's really appreciated!! Cheers

4:05 speaking of people talking authoritatively about something I know best, being in the business of selling firewood, some of your guests talk about how deadly firewood is for heating your home. Maybe in 3rd world countries, but with modern day stoves and wood burners, they are incredibly safe and much more efficient than the average fireplace.
Firewood is also one of the only sources of energy that an individual can acquire BY THEMSELVES, with minimal cost, in a decentralized manner, and truly off grid/independently sourced. Principally, the most similar energy source to bitcoin.

Love you Peter, but this is a perfect example of how being a maxi can make you blind.
The solution you asked about for the financial contagion issues is smart contracts. Remove the middle men that require trust and leverage and collateral are handled programmatically.

A McDonald's Big Mac used to cost a dollar and now it costs $4. Inflation and monetary debasement by centralized banks is why you need Bitcoin. To retain your purchasing power and wealth.

For someone who claims to be bored with bitcoin because they know so much… he does a terrible jobs at explaining what it is and why we need it….
    Most maxis do.
I’m just pointing out the obvious here.

Every religion has to adapt and stay relevant to keep the believers engaged…😏
And yes this is a new age religion and yes that’s a good thing and yes religion in general is going to transform beyond what we consider religion and bitcoin is going to have a big hand in that… and yes religious people or the religious curious have an easier time understanding and excepting bitcoin for a bunch of good reasons… but in order to keep anyone engaged with anything once information saturation hits it’s time to adapt and expand the consciousness about said subject… to be honest until massive US regulation kicks in there won’t be anything that different and exciting to sync ones teeth into on the day to day bitcoin Revolution and renaissance… but that’s OK it will always be forever expanding and interesting we just have to remember that during the time periods of slow movement… May Orange be with you😏

I remember seeing this guy get absolutely obliterated by Richard Heart 🤣🤣

    • @jayd6813
      @jayd6813 ปีที่แล้ว

Uh, if you are referring to Peter, Peter didn’t get obliterated at all - he was a complete gentleman during parts that most would get hot - Richard Heart is a forever-14-yr-old conceited lost soul - he’s like a politician that has good points but can’t ever admit being wrong. He was a bitcoiner until he decided to start Hex (Ethereum based), after which he trashed Bitcoin because it competes with his voodoo.

On Andrew Tate: why no mention that most of the ladies forced into "victim hood " by the authorities and the gleeful, narrative-obsessed press, insist that they aren't victims? This matters unless you too have a template you follow.

Great series on nuclear… coulda done without the Matt Gaetz conspiracy theory… 🤣
If you wanna dedicate part of the podcast to guessing about messages to surprised politicians do the letters the Obama’s, Bush’s and Clinton’s got at George Bush Senior’s funeral… that’s much more interesting

Innocent until proven guilty on Tate. Look, I like your show, but like you were saying, stay in your lane...
Like Harry said, "don't buy the media take". Research the case fully from both sides and then you can spout out about who is an idiot.
