I would like to throw my two cents in and recommend The Outside Inn. Great place with a nice restaurant and serves beer and drinks any time. The owners are very nice.
I live there and it's weird that when it's not 7:30 it's very quiet but when it's 7:31 roads will fill up very quickly.this also happens on Saturday and sunday
สุวิ โคโค่ วิลล์ (Suwi Coco Ville Resort) bit outside the city off 2050.. but new and cheap(650bht?)..near big night market. if you have a car great for a night stop.

I have never stayed there but if I ever return to the city I well check it out, big difference in price if I remember correctly.
theres no way i would spend 760 a night in a city like ubon lol, i usually find for less than 300, sometimes less than 200
Quite pricy but acceptable
