amp-wise, hisako uses a marshall plexi from the 70's (a 1973 JMP MkII, to be precise) with a orange 4x12 OR412 cab from the 90's. her fender jazzmaster apparently is a 64-65 pre-CBS model, so it's pretty much vintage gear (and she uses this setup ever since the early number girl years). on toddle she uses this black jazzmaster with matching headstock as seen on video (which I suspect is a CIJ/MIJ jazzmaster), and about pedals... well, i guess her board is kinda always changing and expanding. she often posts pictures of her board on twitter, so it might be cool to check that out.
hisako tabuchi has been playing fender jazzmasters for pretty much forever. when i last saw toddle in a small venue in 2010, she was still using the klon centaur (overdrive pedal) she's been using since the number girl days! it's a pretty rare / expensive pedal, though. also, she was using a boss DD-20 giga delay double pedal (i bought one myself because i like her sound). aside from that, she's not big on effects! i realize you asked this a year ago, though maybe you never got an answer :3
