First, I'm so glad they found each other and have each other. Lord knows that Chan struggled so much being alone for so long, and then Felix was thrown into the exact same position, so Chan was there for him and Felix helped Chan reconnect. The way they just talk so honestly about how much each other means to the other and how much they depend o eacj other is really endearing. Also, Felix is SUCH a mood listening to Young K. And Chan willing to risk it all and spoil a song reminds me VERY much of a counselor I met at the summer camp I was working at last summer. Like, even the way he was talking. It sounded exactly like him when there were no kids around on the weekends and us counselors could just do whatever we wanted around camp.

Because he trained for so long, he made a lot of friends with trainees and other idols that were in his company. He was even potentially going to debut with GOT7. Him and Bambam are pretty close. But because he didn't debut then, he stayed a trainee. And trainees cycle in and out of companies fairly regularly. Chan talked about it in an interview with Zach Sang (totally go watch it) that there was a point in time where he was really one of the only trainees left at jyp because all his friends either moved companies, debuted, or didn't make the cut, so he was all alone. He talked about how he was in a really dark place and struggled with depression and such during that time because he was so alone. Then Stray Kids entered the picture and he said, and I quote, "yeah, they basically saved me."
