I tried using hex keys from the tool kit, but none of them seem to work in the windscreen. Is there any chance of any manufactures making taller windscreens for this bike, or bajaj ktm gonna import some powerparts? thank you once again
Hi. I do not have the radiator guard but from what I understand, the quality will be impeccable from ADV Tribe. The windscreen is adjusted using an 8 mm allen key. I'll demonstrate in the phone mount install video that I plan to shoot on Sunday/Monday. Maybe I will release it Monday evening or Tuesday evening. Also, I can tell you this that ADV Tribe is working on a bigger windscreen that will be adjustable, Carbon Racing plans to do a screen too and Givi screens for the 790 ADV are a direct fit.
Wow thank you so much 😊 looking forward to the phone mount video now. I finally adjusted the windscreen. Yet to get a chance to ride, but i saw some 5-6mm adjustment with the windscreen. Maybe that will be good enough for city riding for me. But definitely we need a taller screen. I wish advtribe did some small panniers as well. Once things settle down after coronavirus, and enough reviews come in on the adjustable suspension, I will decide on what to get.
They should come up with something like off-road package. With 21 front and adjustable suspensions and probably full aluminum bashplate and tubeless spoke rims.... Maybe
Hi Abhinav, your video is really helpful!! Just wanted to check on one thing.. Does the smaller front sprocket cause the chain to run against the swingarm rubber? I am think about this upgrade for my Duke 390 as I'm fed up with its low end..
Going with a smaller sprocket in front, will increase fuel economy in the city, since the torque at the rear is increasing, you'll be shifting a lot less.
How do you eliminate the wind sound when you record it when you're riding? I used external microphones, but the sound quality still poor, to much wind noise
Feels too stiff even after reducing the preload. And the rebound is very slow. So the spring gets compressed when it goes into a pothole and by the time it comes to its original place, and if the bike has gone into another pothole or over an undulation, it feels like a hardtail.
Hey great content as always but one comment could probably be that you are not downshifting correctly when it comes to clutchless. You are supposed to give it more throttle and then downshift, allows you to match revs with the lower gear and get a much smoother gear change without any decelaration due to engine braking
Hello Abhinav. Hope you're doing well. Times are tough for everyone. Anyway this is a very informative video. Very well explained. I have a question. Have you tried the 47T rear sprocket?
