Glad you liked the video, yes this is dependent on the type of visa. Unfortunately you cannot do this on the blue card.
Don't we need to declare the money from mini-job when we do the tax declaration. In that case should I be paying money to Finanzamt as a part of steuer ?
If your contract is actually a mini job contract then no need to declare. You can see your contract to confirm if your job is actually a minijob or not

I have one question.
Do we need to declare money earned through mini-job in tax return or not? If yes then how can we declare it because there is usually no tax class in mini-job.
I am asking this because there is a tax free limit around 11k, should the money earned through mini job will be counted in 11k tax free limit or not?
Last question please, how about money earned through Zenjob (70days short term employment) and how to declare this in tax return?

Most mini-jobs are taxed at a flat rate and therefore do not have to be mention in the tax return . As far as ZenJobs, I am not exactly sure how they work and how their contracts are so I cannot comment on it. If you can share some more info maybe I can comment on it.
Hi sir, What about Ausbildung? Is it the same for Ausbildung? In Ausbildung we are allowed to work extra 10 hours per week so is this considered mini job or does it fall into tax class six.
If you job contract says its a mini job and you earn a maximum of 520€ then this will not be classified as a second job.

I am currently on a bluecard job and offered a minijob (500 per month). Will taking this minijob affect the taxes i pay on my fulltime job? or my tax class? or do i have to pay taxes on my minijob earnings?
Unfortunately, you are not allowed to do a mini job if you are on the blue card (more specifically in the first 2 years of the blue card)

Depends on your work permit. If it is attached to a specific job then you cannot do mini jobs

Unfortunately you cannot work on a blue card even on saturdays because the work permit is attached to your main job

On the blue card unfortunately it is not allowed
If your visa also says "erwerbstätigkeit erlaubt" on it, then yes you can. I have 18b abs 1 and I recently spoke with a visa consultant who confirmed this. But again, only if it also says erwerbstätigkeit erlaubt. Generally they give you that once you've been here for 3 years

Hi I'm European Eu Citizen not a student I'm working 48hours a week in one company and i started mini job can i work now 56 hours a week? Is there any issue for tax class. I'm in tax class 1 now. I'm scared people say they will put in tax class six if you work more
As I have mentioned in the video, 48 hours a week is the maximum allowed time. You can work upto 60hours a week for a short period of time but then you would have to reduce the time your work drastically to keep the average to 48hours per week for the year.
Can mini job be done along with part time job? Can mini job be done beside the 20 hour per week rule?
I am assuming that you are on Student visa, if yes then you cannot exceed the 20hrs/week rule

Hello ahsan i want to ask that currently i am doing a mini job. And in my semester break i have also signed a full time job contract. I hope it will not change my tax class.
If the contract is actually a mini job contract then its ok. Sometimes employers say that its a mini job but do not make the correct contracts, then it can cause tax issues

So, since I'll be doing 2 jobs, 1 full-time job and the 2nd is a mini job, so both of my jobs will be in tax class 1 ? Right ?. I am confused because a lot of people are telling me to leave my mini job as having 2 jobs together will change the tax class for job 1. Kindly elaborate as i am confused as hell

I would recommend that you check your "Zusatzblatt" and see whats written on it.
@@ahsanfinance brother i dont have any Zusatzblatt i have only my visa which is stamped on passport and when i asked to Rathaus about residence pertim they said ur visa is ur residence permit till its valid.
In that case you have to confirm with the visa office but most likely you are not allowed until you get the residence permit card with the further details.

No this will not work for you as a Student

Earning from a TH-cam channel is not the same as a mini job. You have to register a business for it.

It is a weird situation for students. As you can only work 20 hours per week so if the hours in the combination of the two jobs is equal to 20 hours a week then you can forward your data to the first employer and your part time job would be reclassified in tax class 1.
Bro i have a doubt that i arrived in Germany last month. And it's clearly written on the visa as a student I can work 120 full days or 240 half days per year so, appart from the 20 hr partime job, does i can do a mini job ? Coz i didn't do any work in the past 5 months n I only have 7 months .
You can work full time in the "ferienzeiten" , during this time you are allowed to work 40hr weeks. Most students do this as regular employees go on holidays giving students good job opportunities.
