Round 1 is a Japanese arcade that specializes in claw machines and the UFO catcher, a type of claw machine from Japan that takes some serious skill (and luck!) to win from! update: a week after their opening in vegas, they already cut back on these kind of crane machines.. most of them are not working, on purpose, so they can limit the plush turnover, because people keep winning.. most are empty cranes
I appreciate u guise doing this video it’s very helpful great tips because round one can be expensive. At my local round one each machine is 9.8 credits n others with bigger plushies are 12 credits so it can get expensive real fast. Lol But this video will help next time I go 😊

Eg "round 1 we put 50$ on our card, that gets you 500 chips or 250 credits or whatever, and then say how much a machine costs in credits or chips. We're going from Australia to Japan in March so would love to see how everywhere there and in the USA works. Cheers guys 👍

I just discovered Round 1 a week ago when I noticed all the cute Japanese plushies that showed up on FB marketplace. One person said, "Won from Round 1 arcade" and I thought HUH???

This was super helpful and informative. Their is a round 1 opening in eugene, Oregon in the next 6 months+ and will have 2 floors. It will be one the only really good arcade around and I have been wanting to figure out the cash to credit ration for when it opens so me, my fiancee, and our 6yr son can have a blast playing at it.
I came here specifically because I wanted to learn for when I go to the one in Eugene!
Oh, the staff at the Round One outside of Philadelphia is nothing like you describe. If you can fine someone to help you at all, they roll their eyes if you ask them to reset a machine.
What part of Philly are you in? Now I’m not sure if I should ask at all if I go 😂
We should petition Round1 to offer 150 credits for $20. Once per day Sun-Thurs, per club card. I'll go there more if they do that.

wait what!? Round 1 in the states is soooo much cheaper than Japan! its 1 dollar per play in Japan (although there are some multiplay discounts)

Great video me and my family always just put 100 on the card at round 1 it’s the best value and you don’t have to use the hole thing in one trip and make sure and join there club and get to that platinum status
I wish Concord Round 1 had setups like that, setups are always way way waaay onto the support beams or completely smashed down.
