M24 is more customizable then mosin and better ammos like the m62s dependes on preference and budget ngl

The only thing that's better about the m24 is the ergonomics, and that's it.
Mosin's caliber has WAY better stats than m24's, look at the ammo stats and compare it, mosin also uses tier 7 ammo so u can one shot everyone in the head, and if you use the modded mosin stock, you have access to the exact same amount of attachments you could put on an m24. And on top of that, mosin fires faster than m24, and it has more range.

M24 has one advantage: ergonomics which makes headshots slightly easier especially at long long range with M61
the Mosin has no advantages with the gun but has one-to-the-chest potential (up to T4 armor only) with SNB-L. barrel
M24 as a more forgiving sniper platform with the Mosin being a pocket AX in terms of p good skill potential at the cost of barely functional
