A Grand Master - Sifu Arenas Gameplay [No Hit, Gold Stamps, 8408 Score]

A grandmaster is a performance challenge and is one of the first challenges from the Arena. It is a reference to the movie "The Grandmaster" because of the Master Hand outfit and the rainy location. Watch this gameplay as I beat the grandmaster challenge without getting hit or taking any damage.
Sifu Arenas update brings 45 different challenges for the player to test their skill. There are 5 new game modes within the challenges which include: Survival, Manhunt, Capture, Time Attack and Performance. Each of the challenges has a grading system with a secret golden stamp that you can unlock by performing exceptionally well. Successfully completing the arenas will progressively unlock a massive new modifiers batch, which doubles the current game's amount and notably brings alternative moves to the Kung Fu palette of our main character. Completing the new Arenas challenges will also unlock new cheats and exclusive new outfits.

just to note for others: I tried runs never executing and just hitting as much as possible and couldnt hit the three star score. executions do seem to be better. secondly i think using the bats is also useful as it would count as using another weapon style/variety points. i spent 50/50 avoiding and parrying to build focus, altho parrying alone should do it.
calbot focus move increases multiplier by 1x so always useful to bump yourself up to 3x as much as possible. taunting opponents also builds ur combo meter so try and use that in between waves to keep multiplier tempo/ or during fights when you have a moment to breathe to build up. you can also animation cancel from a taunt by dodging/avoiding, so its relatively risk free to throw a taunt in at any time to keep it going. i threw a few other focus abilities in when i had 3x multiplier already just to add to variety, threw some items around, and tried to vary other abilities (almost like ticking every combo off each wave just to show i have range for the variety points).

Scoring tip: the more health an opponent has when you take them out, the more points you score.
In other words parry is your best friend

I've been attempting this myself and from what I can gather, here is what I will try next:
1. Vary combos as it will give the overall score a boost through variety/style points. Crotch punch into rising claw for one enemy, then snap kick and combo for another, then parry + directional throw + chasing trip for another.
2. Takedown as often as possible at higher enemy health (parry does the most damage to enemy structure). When there is an opening, try duck striking enemies to damage structure but not health.
3. Parry and dodge as needed, but know that parrying can risk getting hit if not timed right, which will drop your multiplier, so do so wisely.
4. Use weapon as it will count as variety/style points.
5. Don't be so eager to ground-pound knocked/tripped enemies or chase pushed enemies. Sometimes having less around you is best.
6. Use calbot focus to get higher multiplier.
7. Don't be so eager to finish stunned enemies if someone is rushing to attack you. Dodge the oncoming attack first, counter, then finish the enemy who is stunned.
8. Not to contradict #2, but don't worry about getting a takedown on every single enemy. If it doesn't happen, just keep moving.
9. Don't get hit.

I've found that avoiding attacks is a lot easier than trying to parry. The first two bosses in the campaign are an absolute cakewalk when utilising avoid followed by some quick attacks.
Then just practice from there.

Here’s the trick, for the first round you just use your normal fighting strategy, for round two and round three however, pick up a bat ASAP and try to parry and hit the opponent immediately and do the takedown, with this strategy I reached 10000 in my best record even I got hit, try it yourself

Use as many different attacks and commands, don't get hit and use finishers as soon as you can.

You can train parrying in training mode or just put on a no damage modifier on (in story mode)
