    nice one Matt and what's happened to the MTB Fitness tee shirt Going to show my 12 year old grandson this always complaining about arm pump

    Another great tool is a powerball: good for grip strength, elbows, shoulders, biceps....

      @@MTBFitness they are great especially when you get to boost the speed just through motion, but over use can cause RSI/tendon issues/carple tunnel. Thanks for a great vid, hoping to sub a 12 week soon. 👍
