it’s so cool how you mostly read manga physically, though i cannot imagine doing that mostly because of the money but also space… are you planning on a home library ? your house must be better stocked than most bookstores haha. i usually buy the manga i really love already and enjoy, & usually just a few volumes that are my favourite (except natsume yuujinchou- i am on a quest to collect all of the volumes even though the space in my dorm room is running out lol). i do have a dream to get all volumes of a lot of manga that i love (and danmei), but that’s gotta wait until i have a job and my own place 🥲 we don’t have many bookstores that sell most stuff i actually like so i gotta amazon it.
Bro I do the exact same thing 😭 like, I read everything digitally then only order my favorites physically. I get paranoid that I'll end up buying something I haven't read before and end up hating it 💀
It is my goal to have a home library! I really like physical volumes but I also enjoy reading digitally and am planning to read more manga digitally this coming year.
@@Creek_With_Care same lol reselling is also difficult here, so i need to either already have read much of the series, or really trust the author with my life.
I read the I Want to Eat Your Pancreas manga recently and it made me so upset. I probably would have cried had I not been in class. It was so good though
Man i really wished i lived in a place where english manga wasnt hella expensive lol (but that's ok, indonesian manga is cool too, has some series that i've not seen translated into english)
Oh nice. Someone who reads both manga and light novels!! Have you also read the "Your Forma" light novel or "Wait for me Yesterday in Spring"? Both really great and are easy reads/flow well too 🥲
