सही बात है, नोएडा, ग्रेटर नोएडा, न्यू नोएडा जो की अभी डेवलपमेंट होगा 2030 तक। एनसीआर अभी पूरे भारत में डेवलप होगा। सिर्फ अब 10 साल रूकिए लोगो को खुद पता चल जाएगा। पुणे और मुंबई इन शहरों में जगह नहीं है अब और पुणे में लोग अपनी जमीन सरकार या बिल्डर को नही दे रहे डेवलप करने के लिए। दूसरी बात मेरा जन्म पुणे में हुआ है, में मराठी हु, मेरी पूरी पढ़ाई पुणे में हुई। मैं पुणे में जन्म 30 साल रहा हु। अब 10 साल से नोएडा और गुरुग्राम में रह रहा हु। पुणे से नोएडा और गुरुग्राम काफी डेवलप है। पुणे में खराब सड़के, भयंकर ट्रेफिक, बेकार इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर, मेट्रो अभी तक पूरी भी डेवलप नही है। सिर्फ दो लाईन डेवलप हुई है। पर जो रफ्तार से एनसीआर डेवलप हो रहा है वो पूरे भारत में कही भी नही है।
