Please, anyone with experience, answer because Yaya does not answer the questions. First, the lips become dry and flaky. Second, it does not last long on the lips. What do you suggest?

Cocoa butter could be an okay substitute, especially since the cocoa aroma smells chocolatey. 😅Cocoa butter is also pretty hard, so it could probably be moldable. Shea butter maybe too soft. If that is the case, you may need to use more candelilla wax to balance the softness of the Shea butter. Also, the beauty of tucuma butter is its silicone-like characteristics. Cocoa butter and shea butter may not give off these same properties. Either way, it is worth a try. Let me know how it goes if you do. 😊💜

Thank you! I am glad you like it. I have never used food coloring before, but I am assuming that it will cause some issues because it is water-based. You will also need a preservative. However, for lipsticks, I would just add one anyway. You can use beet juice, but keep in mind that it is a natural water-based foodproduct and can mold. You then have to put an antifungal in it.
