Might be a little niche but it helped me get to the point I wanted to be at. If you want to get into something/get a collection of what you feel you need to be at in order to be functional by yourself (in my case an arsenal of tools so as to break myself from borrowing tools from my folks) make a list of the top necessities (sockets wrenches ratchets things of that sort). Work down the list so as to get to a point where you can tell yourself “I can do the bare minimum with the bare minimum”. Once there, then start a plan on what would be nice, then prioritize on what would be necessary to be easier (for me impact wrenches then drills, then smaller impacts and drills then down). Finally when I had all of these I branched out to the “nice to have” like tweezer pliers, channel locks of all sizes, vice grips and so forth. If you’re on a budget it shows your making progress and you can accomplish a tier, then after that accomplishment you can slowly accrue more and more to make life even easier afterwards. I’ve topped out a tool drawer and am still filling tool bags/smaller boxes with other items that “would be nice to have” with this method, and it’s all mine;no one’s helped or offered, I’ve done it, and I’ve done it responsibly. I feel this could go for anything but this is my example. It doesn’t matter how we do things especially if we end at a certain common goal, all that matters is we do it and do it responsibly/safely.

"When meeting someone new, let them talk endlessly about themselves, and you will be the most interesting person in the room."
    😂😂😂😂😂
I challenge you to get a word in edgewise when meeting someone new.

0:28 this works for me. A body in motion stays in motion. Its much easier to come home from work and do a chore, than it is to sit for an hour and then do it. Grabbing a bite to eat for a 20 min break is fine, but once im in a chair doom scrolling, or watching a show, getting up to do a chore is a lot more effort.
This works as long as the day was not 8 + hours of pure labor work, where, when you get home you just want to sit.

If you rub ammonia on mosquito bites, they won't itch anymore. It's best to do this immediately. It works so well that my grandson would run to me to put "medicine" on his bites! I tried to keep a small bottle of it around in the summer. Just a small amount on a fingertip rubbed on the bite, works well.

Story 8: I am already in my early 30s. My peers are complaining about aching joints and being sore and hurting all the time, migraines, and it seems that everyone is already breaking down in multiple ways, and it kind of sucks.
But I am in no way affected by almost any of these ailments.
Just a little sore knee that doesn't stop or change anything.
I do a lot of weird stuff to keep my body in to shape and they're the laziest way I know to stay in what I call good shape.

Related to story 51: if you rely on a interstate to get to work or school, learn the back roads around your house and around your work/school. I live at a area with a population around five or 600,000 people we have one interstate that runs through the area if there is an accident on the interstate every single secondary road and the interstate become impossible (this usually happens about once or twice a month) so learn some back roads that are well out of the way

I make an effort to always be nice to people. Always take a few seconds to respond to people. I usually wait 2 seconds. Just to make sure when someone has said something and pauses. Before I respond or speak. Many people say something and then have an extra bit to say after. It also gives you a second to calmly respond if someone is angry / yelling. Your patience and response will not be a rash wording or snapping at someone if you wait a second.
Also as a bonus.. It annoys people who are impatient and want to annoy you / get you to say something bad.
Once a year. Take an assessment of your expenses and put it in a Excel spreadsheet or something like excel. Work out you expenses for the year. Spend at least an hour to work out your finances. It will help you massively.
Also if you have a car.. put a small amount aside each month to cover the Test and / or repairs. Whether or not you spend that money.. keep it for the car and when / if something goes wrong.. you have the money to pay for the repairs etc. Also in an emergency you have a little money saved up.

If you have bed bugs then the steam from a wallpaper stripping machine will kill them if you run it over your bed. Don't forget to do the bedframe. It's bed practice not to let any part of your bed touch the wall except the feet too.

Another method for Hiccups(little easier): Get a glass of water, hold it in your mouth then cover your ears(as good of a seal as you can get) and then swallow
You gotta be careful so you don’t spit it out during a hiccup but it got rid of hard hiccups I had for 2+ hours

I put water in my mouth, tilt my head, and swallow.
It’s like the side of my throat needs the water.

story 38 14:00 ish: palm up to offer food is actually just having your hand lower than their head. when you come in from above it intimidates them, and you really just want to avoid them having to look up, because default reaction is to avoid.
