I have one on my Omega and I use it all the time.
I am in a hot climate and my wrist is always expanding and shrinking in hot weather.
I used the adjustment today.
@@ATIWatchReviews yes, a bit high up but not too tight.
I like a bit of slack but not moving about.
@@watchnut5305 as I said in the video, I wear it very low down and loose now. So temperature changes do not significantly affect me. I can understand why it would to those wearing it higher up and tighter. But then, if you constantly have to change tightness, are you really wearing the watch in the best way for you? I'd argue you're not, I don't know anyone who naturally changes the band looseness everyday
@@ATIWatchReviews do you have a email address and I could show you how I wear it?
Most of the year I don't need adjustment, but a couple of weeks ago the temperature where I live was 38 celsius (100 farenheit) outside, and the watch was tight. Then when I went inside to an air conditioned office it was 23 celsius (73 farenheit) and the watch was really loose on my wrist. Then back outside again into 38 celsius, and the watch was tight again. It was so annoying that I switched to wearing a watch with a leather strap the next day.
Ye it must be how you wear it and your sensitivity. I go to Thailand 3 times a year in searing humidity and glorious heat, yet I never adjust the setting because I wear it loose. My observations is most people also do not adjust frequently
I wear my Planet Ocean 43mm high and don't like it slipping down my wrist on a cold day. The 5mm Rolex style quick adjust is fine but I like Omega's setup better with the sliding adjustment.
Each to their own. Some people naturally like them high up the arm, others looks and low down the wrist. I'm the latter but it's fine

Hmmm are you sure ???
I’m unusual wristwatch owner in that I swap which wrist I wear my watches on a lot. I already wore bracelets all the time before I started wearing a wristwatch again, and some of my bracelets fit better on one wrist than the other. So a quick adjust is very useful for me.
Interesting, is that due to your job?
