OK, I finished this a while ago, I didn't want to post it at all, it got so glitchy after rendering but a friend convinced me so..
Best couple in GA. Their story is so beautiful, a relationship with highs and lows but always strong. They loved each other deeply until the very end.

Grey's anatomy was not the same after Derek, i miss him a lot, no matter how much Meredith moves on nobody will ever replace Derek, he will always have a special part in her heart and ours.I thought Derek would be there when Meredith had Alzheimer's

Partnering with Sleeping at Last is probably one of the best decisions Grey's ever made. This song makes my heart hurt & makes me sob every single time I hear it. It's rare for music to literally rip the raw emotions out of you anymore. I'm so grateful this band gets it & the show got it too.
