Dr. Teddy used to have a clinic in my area for many years. He used to look like a big teddy bear, too; before he slimmed down. Donations of food and toiletries were always piled up at his clinic. I was informed that he left here to take over his dad’s clinic when his dad retired.
In that area, there are alot of nationless people, in malaysia certain places. There are people who are born here but without malaysia nationality and also there are alot of illegal immigrant that scared their identity will be trigger enforcement from immigration department if going to the local clinic or hospital.

去這些義珍的病人例如量血壓等的人並不一定是家境都貧困。還有公立醫院很多時後要很早去拿號碼及排對。有時候有些私立醫院有免費驗血，家境不貧困的也會去。

因为宗教原因，马来西亚很多人都有积德和人溺我溺的观念。尤其是穆斯林，他们对后世审判日时，将面对上苍审视自身的功过是非常注重的。
