It uses Carmena Foreluna, Standard (with Sol Cluster notes) Hymmnos, and Japanese. The very beginning is Carmena Foreluna, the story telling parts are Japanese, while the emotional parts of the story telling are in Hymmnos.
@SariaSchala maybe reading Ar tonelico Wikia on this song's article could enlighten you up about the problem. It was said that Sieryek's father actually giving all of his power and knowledge to his son and quite using him to gain more political power in the El Nemesys. In the end, Sieryek became the Prime Minister of the kingdom, though, which made his father really proud and happy. And if you see to the lyric, his father were the second person he killed after the king.
@lovely101girl66 Some parts it is, but others it is Ar Ciela, one of the languages used in Ar Tonelico. If anyone wants to correct me, please go ahead.
What are "cute" story it is... I don't think I want to know what "effect" this hymmn is supposed to bring upon when activated... But song itself is awesome. Thank you for subbing it.
I wonder why they include the bit about Sieryek's father wanting to take over the kingdom? The story is about his tragic love affair with Liarsha. Also the father bit is never mentioned again. I love this song, I'm just curious as to how that bit is important to the plot.

However, Shikata didn't compose or arrange this song. She just sung it and did the choruses.
That Because She Is The Epicness Herself...

Very nice work. Is this seriously a techno Hymn, though? Well, if we have polka and punk rock Hymns...
