Wild +4 cards are meant to be played when you don't have the color of the previous card. So the next player can challenge the one who put the wild card if he indeed has no playable card of the previous color.
+4 is only legally played kapag wala ka nang ibang card na pwede ibaba, kapag nagbaba ka ng +4 pero may iba ka pang pwede ibaba don(example red ung requirement, pero naglapag ka ng +4 kahit may red ka) pwede ka ichallenge, matatalo ka sa challenge pag illegal ung +4 mo, pag legal panalo ka sa challenge
Suggestion for UNO. Ung rules ng 0~7 is kapag nagplay ka ng number 7 card, u can swap your deck to anybody, if u play number 0 card, the deck of the players will be swap accordingly to the direction of the turn para mas thrill siya and nakakaba, un lang po hehe

Nag +4 sya at ginawa nya red. C player 2, pede nya i-challenge para mapatunayan na dapat yellow binaba ni player 1 at c player 1 ang bubunot ng 4 cards. Pag wala cyang choice kundi +4 lang and ibababa, wag nyu i-challenge. Or else, +6 aabutin nyu. Magchallenge kau kung sa tingin nyu ay may choice sya bukod sa +4.
