It is same like any leader of manager develops the team member, one can look around and see how some of the leaders are helping in growth. Some of the possible ways generally seen are - Giving learning opportunities - Improving skills - Giving actionable feedbacks - Setting the right example - Helping in solving problem - Giving safe environment to innovate
