What's the team size for SAFe team size? SAFe website says 5-11 members. Does this include SM and PO?

Yea it includes the SM and PO , unlike scrum SAFe does not define dev team and scrum team separately rather it just have agile team which is like scrum team

It is same like any leader of manager develops the team member, one can look around and see how some of the leaders are helping in growth. Some of the possible ways generally seen are
- Giving learning opportunities
- Improving skills
- Giving actionable feedbacks
- Setting the right example
- Helping in solving problem
- Giving safe environment to innovate
