"It was like a part of you was missing. So it was like a part of us was missing. But we stuck it out and got through it. Just like we always do. Just like we always will." ❤️ Looking back, I never realized that this line was about the death of their mother- the reason the whole story began. Great parallel. And what a great line to end a show with!
That’s what I was thing watching this episode the 3rd time because like maybe Michelle locks dj in her room so she can’t go to college then Danny Stephanie uncle Jessie Joey Becky finds out and Stephanie goes to her and Michelle room and have some sister talk and then Michelle says sorry to dj and the two head on to her graduation
I see a lot of people make a joke about this, first MK's schedule was busy and Ashley was too scared cuz she never been on camera since she was 17. And they also have their own careers already, let them be
The other thing why they don't want to be on the set is because when they were kids "Danny Tanner" had a Joe Biden touching issue with the little girls when they were at the break room. The parents got upset and pulled them off the show, the director promised he would make sure "Danny" wasn't getting a full anything at the break room and they came back to finish the show. But after that they left, and while they do have their careers away from the show, that too was another big reason they seldom talk about why they were not comfortable to come back even as adults. Can you blame them?
To be honest, when Danny says "Just like we always will" at the end, it is true in reality ;) The cast of Full House still remains in touch with each other after so many years since the show ended - and they all get together so frequently that they are truly a family. Even though they all went their separate ways after the show, they never hesitate to take the time to see one another - which is what family's all about!
@@vanessahuayta4560 I don't even know why it was the Olsen twins who got all the attention and press, when in my opinion it was Jodie Sweetin who had real comedic talent, It was Stephanie, not Michelle who made me laugh; DJ played it straight.
Chris Mulwee DJ was the lamest character in Full House, that’s a reason Fuller House isn’t as good. DJ is the lead character there, and she just doesn’t carry it as well as Danny did.
@@chrisj7187 What are you talking about??? DJ got in into SO MUCH TROUBLE in some episodes! She even tried to be like Uncle Jesse by putting a car on her school roof as a prank! And in Fuller House; She is a parent, a mother, so of course you would expect her to be on cool down mode, After all she WAS raising minors.....The baby having to be the MOST minor child. DJ is just a young mother trying to find her new life as a mom at the same time of disciplining her children.
The last episode should have been the one where they decided to sell the house and Joey and Jesse finally go their separate ways. But then Michelle had to bitch about it and then they ended up staying. 😂
I just finished watching full house on Netflix yesterday. I spent all of my lockdown on this and it is worth spending. I really appreciate for full house not only helped me with my English but also gave me such a heart warming stories. I will NEVER forget full house and I will be one of the fans forever. thanks
They should have had one or two more episodes. Last episode should have been way all go their own ways. DJ goes to College, Jesse & Rebecca decide to get their own place. Joey feels its time to get his own place. That leaves Danny, Stephanie, & Michelle. Danny feels the house is too big for just 3 people. So they sell. Similar to Fresh Prince.
Nick Jethwani thats because it wasnt supposed to be the last episode.they were planning on doing a nother season but ABC dropped it because they wanted a more mature audience.
"We stuck it out and we got through it." "Just like we always do." "Just like we always will." couldn't have thought of better dialogue to end it with.
Literally just got done watching the biography of Full House on the Biography channel. The reason why the show was cancelled was because in 95 there was a shift in the tv dynamics. It started to become less about a clean wholesome family dynamic and more about more adult humor and drama shows like Friends, Seinfield, Beverly Hills 90210 and Melrose Place. The cast and producer were unaware until that day it would be their last show. With that said, I never knew that this was the series finale and I've seen this episode many times. Man I miss the shows of the 90's cry at some of them all the time lol.
Same here, i don't understand why they stopped producing this show. I guess it had a long running time and the themes were extremely 90s but still, i'd have liked to see Michelle become at least a teenager.
Haha I literally said that to my friend yesterday. We were talking about Full house and she's like "the finale was so sad" and I was like "what was the finale again?" And she's like "the one where Michelle lost her memory!!!" And I'm like "oh wow I watched that episode at least a million times and I never knew that was the finale..." And she's like "you didn't notice how they all group hugged at the end?" And I'm like "that's every episode." And now every time I watch this episode I'm going to cry :( that show was my childhood
According to Full House documentary, the show got cancelled randomly and this was never meant to be the finale of show. Producers of the show did not know that Warner Bros was going to cancel the show. According to the documentary, Warner Bros just randomly cut the show off without even telling the producers.
I don't think that's true. They advertised for weeks that that was going to be the special 1 hour finale (it was usually a 30 min show), then after the show ended everyone came out and took a bow. If the producers didn't know that the show was going to be cancelled, they would have 1) never made it it 1-hour long and 2) would not have organized the final curtain call.
alex kanyima It may be partially true. I'm sure they didn't know from the beginning of the season, but they had enough time to make it sort of feel like a final episode, they brought back Steve and they had Mary-Kate and Ashley act opposite each other for the first time in the series's history, and they had a final curtain call. They also had time to advertise it for at least 2 weeks. I remember there being a count down to the final and all. So it definitely wasn't out of left field.
It's a sweet sentimental scene, but "Fuller House" had a FAR better finale. Probably because with that one they knew it was the last episode, compared to here.
Yes....they all knew .. But ... when you go back and watch that ending scene of Fuller House....you can't help but think they're setting up another door opener ❤️
I Love Full house. When I think of my childhood I always think of full house in it. even if they did bring back the show (which is soooo unlikely ever to happen) it wouldn't be the same as the good old classic days. But I miss this show :c wish it never got canceled.
Full House, Family Matters, Saved By The Bell and Golden Girls definitely made my childhood life worth living with these TV shows. Nowadays, the tv shows that they have now are just not family-friendly as it used to be.
alex robbins Is it gonna be with the same original cast? I guess that would be great, but, where would the story line go? I mean, all of them have grown up and have their own separate lives now. Will the show still have the same essence as we once remembered it to have?
Lmao that's it? That was the last scene? I was hoping for something more climatic like, jessy moves out or Danny remarries but at least the show as a whole was a timeless classic that I still enjoy till this day.
because behind the scenes, it is was very different, and at the time that full house became already popular , in the mid 90's was changed alot by every network, shows became edgier, desirable, and full house was just a bit too late to build a proper ending, the girls grow up, but it did'nt feel like a true series finale, ,they cancelled very shocking, I mean 192 episodes was good, but how they are gonna end, it is Just like roseanne they started very popular in the late 80's, by early 90's they were at their peak even better then home improvement, seinfeld, cosby show, by season 6 it became to started going downhill suddenly and the last 2 season it did'nt feel like roseanne anymore, it was just too late of the product From each generation and each era, full house was at the perfect times to starting the show, ,but during the mid 90's everything changed
+TriLLBeatz 334 I agree it wasn't a proper ending. it just ended like that. I mean the only good thing was that the entire cast was in the scene together.
Yeah, the show was canceled really suddenly and so they never had time to do a proper finale. It sucks, but I do think they made the best of it with this "ending."
@@JBluver18 Okay, I understand. I now understand why this wasn't a proper series finale. I remember this was the final episode but felt cheated all these years that we didn't get more of a sendoff as far as a finale goes. I didn't realize that it was cancelled so quick that the writers didn't have a chance to write a proper series finale.

I love Full House I like Fuller House season 1 and 2 season 3 got on my nerves a little. For some reason sometimes Fuller House makes no sense sometimes.
I dont care what anyone says. If you were someone who grew up in the 90s you had the BEST childhood because of shows like this... Like if you miss the 90s!

When this season was taped/aired, they did not know the show would be cancelled. Full House was beginning to loose steam and the casts contracts were up for renewal.
+Davin Peterson They didn't know during filming.... But it's 2015 and we know that the SpinOff called Fuller House is on it's way, i hope that it's will be legen.... wait for it..... :)
Danny should definitely wind up with Vickie. I hope they do this right, and don't screw it up, or ruin the legacy of Full House. Hopefully Mary-Kate and Ashley make an appearance.
+Davin Peterson - Actually, they knew. This I recall as ABC made the decision to cancel the show as the production for the show was getting expensive and the ratings were dropping.
I could never cry at these scenes for Full House. I actually start laughing. Its SO CHEESEY!!! XD But I think that's part of why I liked Full House. It's very nostalgic for me, and I enjoy that. But every time the scene gets mushy and the sappy music starts playing I can't help roll my eyes and laugh. It's a love/hate thing for me. Still this show is classic!
I agree my sister and I when we hear the music we look at each other and smile because we know what each other's thinking so cheezy but I love it anyway
I've always loved their relationship. even when they broke up the way they did it. it felt so realistic. how Dj was saying I'm still young, and I'm going to be alright. of course I cried, but I think it was time for them to break up. glad they got back together. I think them doing that really shows that you never know with love, how it can be. what could happen even after the breakup. That being the final episode, that part was very touching and emotional. Great that Michelle got her memory back, and DJ'S boyfriend Steve showed up. That was a great show.

You're telling me THIS is how it ended? They've had so many emotional moments and after all those years, they end it like this? They could've done better
ABC said it would've cost more to produce the show, plus if it had moved to UPN or The WB (both of which launched in '95), John Stamos said he would've quit. And Candace Cameron, like her character D.J., was heading to college in the fall. So everyone else agree it was time to split.

"It was like a part of you was missing. So it was like a part of us was missing. But we stuck it out and got through it. Just like we always do. Just like we always will." ❤️
Looking back, I never realized that this line was about the death of their mother- the reason the whole story began. Great parallel. And what a great line to end a show with!
Why can’t all shows end with a powerful last line like this?
@@Noahthegamer809 Cause now they want to be edgy and get themselves cancel
I think the show would've ended better if it ended with DJ graduating High School or possibly even leaving for college.
I wanted to see that soo bad
>They all start to hug
>Dwayne comes in
> "Whatever"
Hahaha
+Tezman58 lol!!
I wonder what happened to him
Kimmy boyfriend Dwayne iz weird...Kimmy probably azked him out he probably juz sed "Whatever"
I had to watch this right after the last Fuller House episode. It's sad when good shows end.
"How can I forget you guys, you are my family" 20 years later, they refuse to be on Fuller House rofl
David Bechara uh they didn't get contacted they would've loved to but they were busy
I see a lot of people make a joke about this, first MK's schedule was busy and Ashley was too scared cuz she never been on camera since she was 17. And they also have their own careers already, let them be
They have'nt acted in years so they turned down the position
She was an actress saying a line. They are not related in real life.

WHY IS MICHELE SO RUDE
DJ is just a young mother trying to find her new life as a mom at the same time of disciplining her children.
it was sad that they cut the show out of nowhere and didn't even have a farewell episode :\
kairinaminemix they were planning to have on last season but the actors decided they were ready to leave the show
Shows back anyways😂 & making Millions
So, it's ok!
The last episode should have been the one where they decided to sell the house and Joey and Jesse finally go their separate ways. But then Michelle had to bitch about it and then they ended up staying. 😂
It was sad it ended but but no farewell works better I think.
Just finished binging Fuller House

Similar to Fresh Prince.
but that defeats the purpose of the show: "full house."
xoMsImperfect I thought it was a weak ending. Good series and lasting 8 seasons is impressive.
Nick Jethwani thats because it wasnt supposed to be the last episode.they were planning on doing a nother season but ABC dropped it because they wanted a more mature audience.
In season 8, why didn't they make an episode or scene where DJ wants to move out and get her own place or be roomates with Kimmy?
YellowFlash448 I've heard rumors that Jesse didn't want to be there anymore.

We always will" the final episode of full house was so heartwarming, and sad but at least Steve and DJ got back together!
I've seen that episode so many times. I never knew it was the finale!
Me too!
I knew it was the last episode when they played the first episode after this on Nick.
If the producers didn't know that the show was going to be cancelled, they would have 1) never made it it 1-hour long and 2) would not have organized the final curtain call.
melodramatic7904 and it was true and it was bad that we did'nt see all former characters form each season
alex kanyima It may be partially true.
Wow, I never knew that. That was a great and awesome family show for kids.
And for adults.
the show was cancelled because john stamos wasnt up to playing jesse for a ninth season. read on tv.com
So Boy Meets World did Girl Meets World.
Now Full House is doing Fuller House.
Now what about shows like Thats So Raven, Family Matters.
jonathan wilder that's so raven is getting another show I'm not sure about family matters I hope they get one
Wait a minute Trudy did porno when did that happen?

Yes for Family Matters. :D I miss that show. And there was also a crossover episode with full house. :)
I miss this show soooo much...but I'm glad we have Fuller house now the thing is that I really miss is Michelle on the show😔😔😔
It's a sweet sentimental scene, but "Fuller House" had a FAR better finale.
I would love for there to be a sequel
Wahine Surfer Girl nope,not likely.
It's still comes on late at nick at nite. :)
Oh my gosh, that last line...😭😭😭
+TriLLBeatz 334 get your face out of here
As far i know they did plan another season but some actors at the end decided not to come back
+TriLLBeatz 334 I agree it wasn't a proper ending. it just ended like that. I mean the only good thing was that the entire cast was in the scene together.
agree
Once you here the music you know a sad touching moment is about to happen
DAMN I never realized till now that episode was the LAST ever Full House episode..
Yeah, the show was canceled really suddenly and so they never had time to do a proper finale. It sucks, but I do think they made the best of it with this "ending."
Yep. This was broadcast late May 1995.
@@JBluver18 Okay, I understand. I now understand why this wasn't a proper series finale. I remember this was the final episode but felt cheated all these years that we didn't get more of a sendoff as far as a finale goes. I didn't realize that it was cancelled so quick that the writers didn't have a chance to write a proper series finale.
that last line though...oh my gosh the tears!! I love this show so much.
"And that kids, is How I Met your Mother."... whoo sorry, wrong show.

ABC said it would've cost more to produce the show, plus if it had moved to UPN or The WB (both of which launched in '95), John Stamos said he would've quit. And Candace Cameron, like her character D.J., was heading to college in the fall. So everyone else agree it was time to split.
