I've noticed since sun and moon, the bosses of pokemon have been getting far more rooted in tragedy. You have Lilly's father vanishing causing Lusimine to go absolutely stir crazy over ultra beasts looking for him, you have sword and shield literally having a CEO be the man with the big red button that he can and will push at any given time he pleases, and then you have scarlet and violet, literally playing to the depth of one of Japan's worst problems. The idea of the overworking parent that dies because they are far more devoted to their work than their child. It's just, what is going on with the Pokemon Company XD
Yeah it would be awesome to have a deeper area and in that area it would have very hostile Pokemon that are terra typed in the wild but also very high level with multiple islands and water it would look like an entirely different world!
The theme that plays on Prof. Sada/Turo's last moments, after saving Koraidon/Miraidon from it's more vicious version, Winged King/Iron Serpent. As the Prof. closes their eyes, they hope for one thing, that AI Sada/Turo manages to contact Arven and beg him to stay away from Area Zero, maybe thinking they could've been a better parent. With their last breath, they set free the calmer Koraidon/Miraidon and activates the Area Zero Protection Protocol, hoping nobody else gets harmed by the monsters hidden within Area Zero or the hidden machine under the main lab. _I love you, son..._
The theme plays as the android gathers dust while watching the live feed of the Professor's body for months on end, trying to verify, for certain, that they are truly gone, unable to provide any meaningful assistance to their true self and not knowing what their true self would do if they found out they were dead.
POV: You are the professor's AI assistant. You ran towards the location where the new paradoxical monster is only to arrive and saw your boss being dead due to their severe injury. Based on the memory they imbued to your data, they had a son left with a dog, you are determined to reach out to your master's son but due to the Terastal Phenomenon's curse you are unable to leave the deadly abyss and the only means of connection are archaic wires that connects from Area Zero to Naranja/Uva. To coverup their deaths, you disguised as the professor. Studying how humans move, speak, and interact. Years have passed, you gained something that AIs lack, which are emotions. Unlike before, you lacked any concept of boredom, now it came and plagued your very systems. Out of boredom you tried to relay a message to their closest amigo whose name is mister Clavell. Several years came again, you have noticed the number of those brute animals the professor brought from their chosen time increased. This time, you had the courage to check the thing that caused all this tragedy. Attempting to shut it down without the special book has been unsuccessful as there was a code programmed in your system which highjacks your will. The same creature which killed the professor declared itself the owner of Area Zero's ecosystem after mauling the first one. In pain, this defeated Koraidon/Miraidon fled the abyss on its own. Coincidentally, there's a new kid in the town and recovered the missing reptile, you asked this new student's aid and it agreed with the terms. Days have passed, after a decade, you have finally made connection with your master's son who interacts with you rudely...
Minecraft music is what some may say depressing because it reminds you of how lonely Steve is, I could see how you were reminded of Minecraft, though the musics don’t have the same tone.
Area Zero is my favourite area in the game, being unable to have a picnic there is a real shame, it's so pretty. (Well compared to majority of the other areas in the game)
NNOOOOOOOOOOOOO MY TURTLE BABY (dw its heavily implied that Pokemon Horizons takes place afterthe events of scarlet and the dlcs as briar mentions shes seen a terapagos in person before, meaning its highly likely that its just an iiiiiincreddibly rare and likely extinct species, rather that simply being practcally a myth..because briar already proved heath corect!
When the player finds themselves alone in the deepest part of Area Zero after completing DLC2, learning all the lore, and seeing everything in a new light. (I am of the opinion that Area Zero was once an Atlantis-like civilization)
I Kinda Imagine If I Was A Pokémon Trainer… This Theme Would Play When I Entered Area 0 For The First Time After I Went On My Own By Myself With My Partner Pokémon Eevee… Remembering The Past Companions I Had When Travelling Around The Regions… Which Made Me Sad… I Miss You All Guys…
A story where almost everyone died at the end except the main character and they begin developing a trauma known as survivor’s guilt which prevent them from doing Pokemon battles anymore.
A dumb and unlikely Theory: pechuraunt is arvens mom, if the AI never made a grave for her then it may have instead decided to throw her through the time vortex into the past and the spirit was released there, in violet perhaps the same in a different way, it makes no sense that Sada would leave her husband and take the child he was neglecting as well, perhaps she had a love for the past as well in the alternate game and decided to go through the time vortex, this how Turo learned why you cannot come back once you go through she dies in the past as well and becomes pechuraunt. I wonder if there are hole in this
When you realize it's your fault why Arven's exclusive version parent dies horribly from the feral Winged King/Iron Serpent and all that Herba hunting is your future self's atonement of that sin which created a never ending loop.
"Arven...my dear, precious boy. I wish I could see how big you've grown. And I'm sorry for not being present. But I must tell you, before it's too late. I...won't be able to come home. I cannot share more, but...Area Zero is not safe. Do NOT come looking for me. Son...I love you. I beg you, heed my warning. And take care of Maschiff." C A L L E N D E D
Thinking of an area zero, I would want it to be the final stretch in SV's mind before you take on radiance. A sort of ideal world for them. Where they didn't have to be the pure vessel, and was trained to perfection to be a valiant guard of the pale court. It culminating in a fight with pure vessel, as their way to test if they're strong enough to carry the weight of the radiance. Upon defeat, pure vessel suddenly transforms into sealed vessel, reopening the dream nail option, a d the radiance fight goes as normal.
This reminds me of how empty Area Zero is and the whole games depressive quality as a whole, specifically in its lack of depth, performance and quality.

I kinda imagine this playing while the truth about the death of arven's parents slowly sinks in, emotionally destroying him

Where did the A.I. bury the body?
@@sillyputtyisfun7567 yeah!
funny thing! I've had a little idea for a hypothetical 3rd dlc involving JUST THAT
Has the vibe for a deeper layer of Area Zero.
Personnaly i see it more of a floaty area above the clouds, but ye, definitly some kind of seperate section.
Area Negative One

Did u just make this up? Or did i miss this kinda dialogue?

Wasn't it the other Koraidon/Miraidon who killed the professor? That's what I thought it was from the start

This sounds like a minecraft song in the best way possible. Imagine building mega structures to this song
Area Zero map
if I knew how to mod this in...
I'm glad I'm not the only one who thought this. I can't play Minecraft with music; it's just too sad.
Minecraft music is what some may say depressing because it reminds you of how lonely Steve is, I could see how you were reminded of Minecraft, though the musics don’t have the same tone.

Area zero is such a cool location. That climax at the end was epic!
This theme is always beautiful, i can never get enough of it
another amazing remix by zame!
when you remember that Terrapagos is the last of its kind and probably misses its family

All your Area Zero pieces are so fcking good man.
God, I love everything about Area Zero. Even in a world full of mysterious creatures, they managed to make it feel otherworldly. Amazing cover!
Si ya de por si el tema era bueno, hacerle una version "sad" le viene como anillo al dedo.
Excelente remix
Clicked this on a whim and ended up stopping what I was doing to just immerse myself in the sound. Great job.
Somehow I just listen to it doesn't even sound sad it just adds more mysteriousness to area Zero
If there's sheet music of this I'd love to see it or pay for if, it's a beautiful song especially with just piano
This is just so good, you did such an amazing job on it
This is hauntingly beautiful
When the player finds themselves alone in the deepest part of Area Zero after completing DLC2, learning all the lore, and seeing everything in a new light.
(I am of the opinion that Area Zero was once an Atlantis-like civilization)
This is so amazing!!! Works perfectly as a piano arrangement, I’ve gotten learn to play this some day. Awesome job as usual!!
I Kinda Imagine If I Was A Pokémon Trainer…
This Theme Would Play When I Entered Area 0 For The First Time After I Went On My Own By Myself With My Partner Pokémon Eevee…
Remembering The Past Companions I Had When Travelling Around The Regions…
Which Made Me Sad…
I Miss You All Guys…
It reminds me of Oneshot's OST, specifically the Solstice OST
It's beautiful
This Sounds like something that would be in Undertale, also it's absolutely gorgeous
Very soothin' to listen to, love it ❤
Since the first time I played Violet, I’ve thought that the original professor was in the bag thing in the left in the fourth station
Your music arrangements are really good!
Man I needed this.. thank you dude ! Keep up the great work 🖤🖤🤘🏾

Survivors guilt sucks so i could see that happening.
@@theeclipsemaster Totally, and then there is someone who’s willing to push them out of this trauma.
I can't, this is giving me some serious ME3 'Leaving Earth' vibes, and I'm gonna cry 😭
This could be the walking theme for this area
Another great one!!!!
I really really like this

A deeper arrangement….
If I could live in Area Zero irl, I would.
It could kill you with how hostile the environment is, but I would do the same
esta cancion suena tan bien como la ambientación de un anciano sabio contando la tragica leyenda de un héroe o aventurero
I can easily an Undertale/Pokemon crossover with this version - not to mention that Mt Ebott and Area Zero have a similar structure...
When you realize it's your fault why Arven's exclusive version parent dies horribly from the feral Winged King/Iron Serpent and all that Herba hunting is your future self's atonement of that sin which created a never ending loop.
i only just finished that part of indigo and had no idea that would happen. now i feel like a horrible person
This sound like flashback
It’s giving Metroid prime/legend of Zelda and I love it.
Whoaaaaa
imagine in the futture when they find the destroyed lab in the new pkmn anime from the prof and this plays i can see it already
It kinda sounds like a mystery dungeon song.
Very nice!
Can you do more Pokémon XY themes?
Would love to see a sheet music of it... please master Zame!
If this actually played in the game somewhere it'd be peak
Well, we got the underdepths
this theme is depressing enough even without the piano

The song when Koraidon/Miraidon adhere the law of physic and realized it can't fly, let alone taking 4 kids to the foggy crater
WELP, I HAVE FELT THAT SOMEONE HAS *DIED*
i know its not ideal to single artists to one album, but this rendition of area zero really brings out whats a typical toby fox track
This would play during a flashback of area zero, perhaps as told by the ai professor.
Perfectly could be a Hollow Knight song, sounds amazing
true tho

Area Zero fifth layer
Reminds me of the more existential parts of the Undertale soundtrack.
KIERANS unofficial Theme
Why is this giving me hollow knight vibes.
Ohhh, it reminds me of Waterfall from Undertale.
😢
Giving me minecraft vibes
Undertale vibes
Yeah especially around 3min in
Well, it was composed by Toby Fox, so it's not surprising it'd sound like that.
