When a modern day artist opens their mouth and the roots of music comes out, I'm hooked. You could put Sam in the 60's and she would shine just as bright.

A few weeks ago I noticed she'd just played near where I live. I was so blinking annoyed I'd not noticed, I've been a fan for a few years now, I'd have LOVED to have seen that. I'd have went by myself if need be, not the slightest second thought!
I'm in the UK and I see she's coming back to civilisation (😃🤣) in spring 2023. Maybe that's an excuse to go to visit Germany again :)
(looking at the tour dates either the management are optimistic or she is HUGE there! Melkweg in Amsterdam is a huge venue so that explains that one date).
She is the new queen of Americana throw in rock, country, British blues based 60's rock and u have Samantha she is monstrously talented great guitar player, songwriter awesome singer this woman has it all and boy are we glad that this woman musically is our hearts she's great!!!

igorfargadoo i just stumbled upon her less than a week ago, I've been playing guitar for 15 years and i don't think I'm too terrible, I've stayed pretty close to the blues for the majority of my progress. It might sound like a stretch but i think this girl might be the greatest blues guitarist that I've ever seen, she has a comfortabilty and stage presence that reminds me of the greats, she's so versatile, I mean she can go from playing Mississippi Deltastyle blues to psychedelic electric solos, she can sing twice as gopd as any male blues guitarist I've ever heard, and her guitar work is some of the best I've ever seen. I don't know if I've ever seen anything quite like her.
Seriously. I've only found her about 6 months ago or so but have heard her whole catalogue. Over and over again! I cannot get enough! Her guitar work is phenomenal and this last album really shows that her whole song writing abilities are as good as her solos.
Honestly I haven't been this taken with another musician in many years! She's going to rise to the top and be around for quite some time for sure!

We are huge fans. Susan Tedeschi can step aside, there's a new queen in town. Just kidding of course, Susan's amazing too but Samantha has a stage presence & originality that's truly special and didn't have an amazing husband to teach her guitar. Great we can still see her in small venues, enjoy because it won't last long.

FWIW, Susan Tedeschi was an accomplished guitar player and performer, before she met Derek Trucks. Susan and Samantha are different and have their own unique qualities. Samantha is the newest, most exciting performer I've found most recently. However, I really enjoyed TTB band perform in Montreal a couple of years ago. There is room for more than just 1 or 2. Glad to see that more women are getting into guitar, and performing, displaying their talents1
