Let me preface this by saying, zach is a brilliant youtuber, he's got a work ethic that I personally see as borderline unhealthy. But if he's enjoying the work than my point there is void. He's got a genuine and infectious sense of positivity even on his off days. The current appeal for me personally however is he's a fresh face to the lets play scene, he lets me relive some of the genuine joy I felt when I watched people like poissed, coryxkenshin and the big trio mark jack and Felix play these old games for the first time. I'll enjoy seeing him play what he decides in the future however. And just how I regularly watch the ones i mention above. I'll watch him just as, I think at this point I rank Zach amongst my faveorite of the lets players. Keep doing you man. You're awesome!
Here’s a tip, in that upper room you can take a painting off the wall revealing a hole you go through and get the key to his car, which you can go around back and use to get the wrench to get on the actual roof and get into the child’s room to get the basement key to win
When you are on the roof and smash the window to get into that room, in that room is a giant flower painting. If you take down that painting you can get through to the other room. In the other room are 2 keys. I can't exactly remember which ones they are, but I think it's the car keys and the room door key. Hope this helps! :)

Zach here's a little explanation to help you out: the story is that about a year ago you made friends with the neighbor's son, Aaron Peterson. Mr. Peterson also had a wife and daughter, the latter named Mya. One day, Mr. and Mrs. Peterson go out somewhere and Mrs. Peterson dies in a car crash. The neighborhood hears about it and all attend the funeral a week later. But Mya isn't there. You ask Aaron where she is, but he isn't talking, and Mr. Peterson tells everyone she's with her aunt out of state. Then Aaron disappears, and Mr. Peterson claims he also left for their aunt's. You don't believe it, but you run out of leads. Then one day you hear screaming from Mr. Peterson's house. Aaron's screams. You take a closer look and realize that Mr. Peterson is locking him up in the basement. Your goal is to find the red key on that nightstand from the cutscene and enter the basement. What will you find? Also you play as Nicky Roth and he's throwing glass jars of glue at you to slow you down, it's not cum.
When you get to the basement, open the washing machine make your way into the area. Majority of the doors will be blocked with chairs, so your goal will be to unblock the chairs. Take away as many chairs as you can in the basement area. Then make your way back to the beginning and turn off the power. Make your way to the gate or the exit door in the basement, the gate should be opened by the power being turned off and you should have easy access to it from unblocking the doors.

In the upstairs room you made too, knock over the big painting and get inside the opening for it. There will be two keys, a yellow one and a red one. Use the yellow one to unlock the door with the yellow lock. The red key is for his car truck. You can also turn the yellow switch on above the unusual looking wall to open it to have easy access upstairs. When you use the red key for the car truck, grab the magnet tool. Then grab a trash can and some boxes. Head to the backyard and find a open little window. Stack up to that little window and use the magnet to get the lock pick. Then enter in the house and use the lock pick on the locked door, the one with the grey lock. Grab the wrench and head to the backyard again to unlock the ladder. Climb up and get into the open room. Grab the red key and make your way to the living room and unlock the basement.

Kinda sad that this was a popular game years ago. Along with BATIM, Baldi's basics, Sonic.exe, Tattle tale and slender man's forest(or what ever it was called). If you don't like it then you don't like it, and I can't do much to change that. Though this hits me with some nostalgia.
