Fargo, N.D./Moorhead, Minn., Metro Area Study for Flood Damage Reduction

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, has been working with the cities of Fargo, N.D., and Moorhead, Minn., since the fall of 2008 to develop a solution to its flooding problem. The proposed solution involves building a diversion channel to the west of Fargo.
