That drum is way over-charted. The high-hat is opening and closing, not being played in triplets. It should be Yellow, Red w/ Kick, Yellow, Kick, Yellow, Red w/ Kick, Yellow, Kick, repeat. Ideally, there'd be a second pedal operating the high-hat to open and close it, but there isn't. What the real drums are doing is hitting the open high-hat, and then immediately closing it. That's the 'tshh-up' sound; the high-hat closing after being hit.
