The upcharge is to get people to use the appropriate service levels. A lot of people get away with submitting expensive stuff in bulk or something with no sales. It’s a liability issue to not properly value the items your submitting. That’s why when you get the email they say something like “you might not have known this card was going to grade a 10 and the grade is 2x 3x what you valued it, hence the upcharge” aka if you were that confident in the 10 you should’ve used a higher service level. Imagine having one of the newer bulk employees handling a few thousand $ card when their max liability is supposed to be 150$
Big win if you ask me. I’m currently collecting unopened packs of Pokémon cards for my kid. I think it would be a really cool wedding or first child gift
I dont like them at all tbh. I just have the Itsuki that I got awhile back when I was looking for that specific card (it was only available graded at the time and no raw version)
Psa has been really weird lately. They give surprising high grades for super high end vintage and then suddenly for some random card give like a grade that gives no value since the goal was to sell it. Gave me a 10 for a 4000 card and then on another gave me a 5 and that card even if it was a 10 would only be like $180.
Psa is basically the easy mose way to get 10s. I used to like CGC cause they were mega strict which made 10s feel deserved. They arent as strict anymore though cause people just want their 10s. Deserving or not. I got a psa 10 1st ed base magikarp and its worse then my psa 9 of the same card.
depends on what you want. I'm not grading for maximum value to sell down in the future like most. Some cards just look better in certain slabs (like Weiss Schwarz looks better in BGS than psa)
love the ddm promos
That was nice return!! Lots if beautiful cards. That Espeon is amazing looking. And the duo of dark magicians.
I love these types of videos! I understand you cant make them all the time, but it would be great to see a bit more of them. :)
Love the slab videos and i also miss the big opening videos it was always fun to watch
I can’t wait to start buying cards again
Make more card videos please. We love these 😢
i can try

You should look into vintage dbz cards (score). Great vid

My eyes are dumb, that Charizard totally looked like a 10 to me
how much is the upcharge from bulk to the next level?
How do you like the sgc slab? Been thinking of grading some of my sr and rrr since they have the $9 grading and quick turnaround

I miss the pokemon openings you do
My favorite graded cards I have is a 8 M Charizard Ex 108/106, absolutely missed the card content
I hope you do a video on opening Pokemon 151

😂😂😂 yea man i have seen 10s with whitening, and 9 which looks perfect
*Charizard's getting the 9's
Well, they ARE Charizard's; you should know by now how hard ANY grading company, especially PSA, grades Charizard cards.
LMAO nah they may just be off tbh
Whats your favorite slab you own?
Probably my PSA 10 1st edition neo genesis lugia. Pulled and graded it myself!
I don’t think they hold your card. I’m pretty sure they just send it back ungraded.
oh yeah good point
wow
Isn't it better to just stick to one grading company?

Modern Pokémon is garbage quality. None of my alt arts are even considerable 10’s.
I know you will force content but damn Rhyme, Ive missed watching your card videos man
