Ingredients
Coffee jelly:
1 pack (25g) white unflavored gulaman
5 cups water
½ cup sugar
2 tablespoons instant coffee powder
Cream mixture:
1 can (370mL) evaporated milk
1 can (300mL) condensed milk
1 pack (250mL) all purpose cream
1 tsp instant coffee powder

If you’re a coffee lover try using fresh milk instead of evaporated milk and lessen the amount of sugar and condensed milk. It turns out really amazing I can really taste the coffee and it is not too sweet.

•use fresh milk instead of evaporated milk.
•reduce the amount of sugar and condensed milk.

@@codenameryu4803 for me, yes, because the APC makes the consistency of your mixture thick and creamy. But maybe you can also try without the APC. ☺️

Did this recipe today but did some adjustments on it. I reduced the condensed milk to just using 1/2 of the small can and it turned out to be not too sweet - just perfect. Using the whole big can is just over the top sweet for us. I also added small sago and 1tsp vanilla. Perfect! Thank you for this, @mortarandpastry We loved it
If some of you guys are like me and are thinking about all the calories In this stuff, regular milk taste just as good with it.

It's the second time I used this recipe. And the second time was the best I made! I used the same gulaman brand and it's much more firm. Also, I lessens the water to 5.5 cups. Naglasang mocha ice cream! I'm so happy!! Thanks for sharing.

I like your cooking. Making own gulaman is best in coffee jelly rather than buying in the market. This is all time fave.

medyo malapot yung sakin kahit same lang kami ng mga sukat. matamis masyado so i recommend na lagyan siguro kahit konting tubig? ayun lang dadami na yung milk-cream pero maunti ang jelly so tantyahan na lang to ur liking. thanks to this recipe, may nagawa akong bago for myself!

I attempt to made my own with ingredients I already have because I don't have condensed milk, all-purpose cream and evaporated milk. I failed to make homemade condensed milk (I used milk powder instead) in order, as an ingredient, to mix it to make the cream mixture but I made the coffee jelly without trouble. I got help to redo the homemade condensed milk It tasted ok, I thought it would still be bitter 'cus it's black coffee we're talking about. But I'm a little concerned about the idea of drinking remains of the cream mixture.
