Great video. I like their approach. There is one thing I would love to see them add: web chat agents. Voice agents are fantastic, but it would be even better to use the same platform and rule set to define web chat interactions as well.
That would be a great addition! I can't imagine it would be too difficult for them. When you click on the "Train [Agent Name]" button it's essentially a web chat agent. So it seems like they have the functionality mostly there already.

The company even has a chat bot on their site, so they should see the value in having voice and web chat available from a single platform.
