Sometimes when you hear someone who is so unique and different it takes a minute to wrap your mind around it. Dimash has a fan base (He calls us dears) and we can be very protective of our Dimash. Don't let anyone make you feel less, we are just so used to seeing people go nuts , but I could tell by your reaction that you saw the unique quality in Dimashs voice. Just keep listening and you will see how talented he is, every song Is different and will take you on a journey. Your girlfriend gets it, Dimash makes her cry, he does that to alot of people even men. The more you listen , the more you'll get addicted, and he does songs from every area of music sometimes combining several together. In the song (The story of one sky) he even goes metal at the end. Dimash is out of this world so talented, no person sings like Dimash and you will never be bored. Listen to his range, his tembra, his runs and riffs, his ability to change from octive to octave so easily without detechtion, his vocal and breath control. Oh and p.s. he is 6 foot 3 inches and slim but built. He swims to sustain his breath control, he also does teakwood though not as much now. Good to see you back. I am a 60 year old guy and very often get emotional when listening to Dimash. Just one note or sound will make my eyes tear up and random chills go down my legs. I am taking my wife to his concert in Kuala Lumpur in June, our first one. We are from Melbourne, Australia.

I love Dimash for over 2 years and I listen to his songs repeatedly. I must admit that he is the only one who makes me so emotional that I shed tears even after watching several of his videos. Stranger was premiered at the New Wave 2021 competition for young pop singers where he.was invited as one of the judges. He premiered three songs Stranger, Fly Away and Ave Maria (New composition by Igor Krutoy who also composed Stranger for Dimash). Each song different as night and day. Since you watched Stranger, it might be good to see the other two songs he premiered a few days apart in the same order. An insight into his versatility.

And there is not a day since I discovered him that I don’t listen to his gorgeous voice. I saw him perform live back in 2019 when he did his first solo concert in New York City at the Barclay Concert. It was electrifying to watch him perform live on stage. What is awesome is not only is he the best singer in the world today, but he is also a very humble and compassionate young man, who wants his music to help bring people together so we can bring change to the world. It is not necessary to cry to show that something excites you. I consider myself Dear and the only time I did it was with Ave Maria. I like some more than others, but there is no Dimash song that fails to capture me at some point. You say what you like, always with respect and that will be more than enough.!!!
Your reactions were more than fine. Do not worry. If you are not an emotional person do not worry about that also. Better to be real than fake. Dimash is not metal but he has a few songs that are more rock vibe such as Dudaraz, and Kieli Meken, both of which are in Kazakh, which is his native tongue. Also Golden from the 2021 digital concert is more rockish and in English. You will find a host of genres including that he sometimes raps and plays multiple instruments. Just glad you decided to do another Dimash. Dimash Love Is Like a Dream is a good one for the lady... trust me. Doing one day of the week for like International stars is a great idea. There are some seriously talented artist I found when I found Dimash. Hua Chenyu is going to be one you will like. He is another one that does anything he wants, any genre and often in one song. Hua Chenyu, Nunchucks is a good start.

Igor Krutoy is the man who wrote the music for this song. He came out of retirement to work with Dimash & his unique vocal abilities. You might want to look Igor Krutoy up he is very accomplished in his field. Writer, producer ect. If you watch Sinful Passion with English subtitles at the end you will see shots of the audience the man who is up front wearing a white shirt standing up is Igor Krutoy. His was his first time seeing Dimash preform. Dimash also adds traditional & folk sounds, into his music.

been listening to DIMASH for about 6 years now, and have heard all his songs several hundreds of times and it still doesn't stop the emotion of goosebumps and leaky eyes, once you are "hooked" you have little control over your emotions when he sings.
Hey I am a rock guy from the 60's and 70's and I been following Dimash for 7 years now and he still brings tears to my eyes. It those perfect frequencies he is able to send out from his amazing vocals. You have a lot of catching up to do from this Vocal Genius. He does Rock, Pop and of course Opera :) Keep going so much more to see and hear:)
Dimash has even included heavy metal screams in his recent work. And everyone has their own opinions about music. I love heavy metal (Judas Priest, Metallica, iron Maiden, etc) Dimash’s voice is something I now have to listen to every day. His tone is so pure and soothing - no matter what song he sings. Lol! You wonder why she cried again? I have heard him every day for the last 1 and 1/2 years and I can’t understand why I cry every time, some times with some songs, others with different ones. I have no answers for this phenomenon and it seems ridiculous. But, it is what it is! At times I think that something in his voice, that nobody else has and that is only unconsciously perceptible by earthlings pierces secretly my soul. I am a singer, a 57 years old one. Great reaction! I think you were perfectly reasonable on the SOS reaction. You let everyone know right off that it wasn't your type of music and gave us fair warning. You said nice things about Dimash's abilities. Like you said, we all want people to love what we love as much as we love it and that's not the way things work. None of my friends care about Dimash's music at all while I listen to it every day and am learning some of the Kazakh lyrics! Interestingly several metal reactors have said that Dimash would be a great singer in a metal band! So far that's one genre he hasn't really done. As for crying to his music, it does affect some people that way. I think it's just that it's so pure and some of those notes he hits are absolutely beautiful! Two especially beautiful songs are "The Meaning of Eternity" which was recorded as a promotion for a Chinese play and "Ave Maria" which is a new version with no words but which is amazing!

Sometimes when you hear someone who is so unique and different it takes a minute to wrap your mind around it. Dimash has a fan base (He calls us dears) and we can be very protective of our Dimash. Don't let anyone make you feel less, we are just so used to seeing people go nuts , but I could tell by your reaction that you saw the unique quality in Dimashs voice. Just keep listening and you will see how talented he is, every song Is different and will take you on a journey. Your girlfriend gets it, Dimash makes her cry, he does that to alot of people even men. The more you listen , the more you'll get addicted, and he does songs from every area of music sometimes combining several together. In the song (The story of one sky) he even goes metal at the end. Dimash is out of this world so talented, no person sings like Dimash and you will never be bored. Listen to his range, his tembra, his runs and riffs, his ability to change from octive to octave so easily without detechtion, his vocal and breath control. Oh and p.s. he is 6 foot 3 inches and slim but built. He swims to sustain his breath control, he also does teakwood though not as much now. Stranger was premiered at the New Wave 2021 competition for young pop singers where he.was invited as one of the judges. He premiered three songs Stranger, Fly Away and Ave Maria (New composition by Igor Krutoy who also composed Stranger for Dimash). Each song different as night and day. Since you watched Stranger, it might be good to see the other two songs he premiered a few days apart in the same order. An insight into his versatility.

It is not necessary to cry to show that something excites you. I consider myself Dear and the only time I did it was with Ave Maria. Your reactions were more than fine. Do not worry. If you are not an emotional person do not worry about that also. Better to be real than fake. Dimash is not metal but he has a few songs that are more rock vibe such as Dudaraz, and Kieli Meken, both of which are in Kazakh, which is his native tongue. Also Golden from the 2021 digital concert is more rockish and in English. You will find a host of genres including that he sometimes raps and plays multiple instruments. Just glad you decided to do another Dimash. Dimash Love Is Like a Dream is a good one for the lady... trust me. Doing one day of the week for like International stars is a great idea. There are some seriously talented artist I found when I found Dimash. Hua Chenyu is going to be one you will like. He is another one that does anything he wants, any genre and often in one song. Hua Chenyu, Nunchucks is a good start.

If you watch Sinful Passion with English subtitles at the end you will see shots of the audience the man who is up front wearing a white shirt standing up is Igor Krutoy. His was his first time seeing Dimash preform. Dimash also adds traditional & folk sounds, into his music.

been listening to DIMASH for about 6 years now, and have heard all his songs several hundreds of times and it still doesn't stop the emotion of goosebumps and leaky eyes, once you are "hooked" you have little control over your emotions when he sings.

It those perfect frequencies he is able to send out from his amazing vocals. You have a lot of catching up to do from this Vocal Genius. Please react next to Olimpico from his Arnau concert. In this song he sings in Italian. You can find it on Igor Krutoy‘s Channel. He is a famous Russian/Ukrainian composer, producer and songwriter. He has come out of retirement to work with Dimash. You’ll often see him accompanying Dimash on the piano. The two have no contract. Their cooperation is based more on mutual trust. It’s more like a father/son relationship. Olimpico is another masterpiece that Igor Krutoy wrote especially for Dimash’s vocal skills. This song and this performance is my absolute favourite🥰. I think this version is the best, because his performance is so intense and breathtaking. The light show, the background dancers. Everything. With this song in this version I have gasping breath all the time. The way he represents himself on stage, the hand movements. Lol! You wonder why she cried again? I have heard him every day for the last 1 and 1/2 years and I can’t understand why I cry every time, some times with some songs, others with different ones. I have no answers for this phenomenon and it seems ridiculous. But, it is what it is! Great reaction! I think you were perfectly reasonable on the SOS reaction. You let everyone know right off that it wasn't your type of music and gave us fair warning. You said nice things about Dimash's abilities. Like you said, we all want people to love what we love as much as we love it and that's not the way things work. None of my friends care about Dimash's music at all while I listen to it every day and am learning some of the Kazakh lyrics! Interestingly several metal reactors have said that Dimash would be a great singer in a metal band! So far that's one genre he hasn't really done. As for crying to his music, it does affect some people that way. I think it's just that it's so pure and some of those notes he hits are absolutely beautiful! Two especially beautiful songs are "The Meaning of Eternity" which was recorded as a promotion for a Chinese play and "Ave Maria" which is a new version with no words but which is amazing!

His family is in the US now. Krutoy came out of retirement to write songs for Dimash. The maestro and Dimash have been working together from time to time since 2018. They are friends and have a father-son relationship.
Dimash said also in an interview about the collaboration with Igor Krutoy that it is important to him that the songs are written in such a way that there is room for variations ... so every performance of a song is a surprise and every Dear can choose his favorite presentation... I can not decide.

Why? Because it’s Dimash. He doesn’t touch everyone but when he does it’s an emotional pull. I’ve been listening to him every day for the past 3 years and he still gets me.
The Stranger performance is from 2021; the SOS performance you first reacted to was from 2017 when he was 22. Dimash turns 29 in May this year.
