"Support your upcoming artists! We can't go to the film festivals this year but we can still support the art. This film is a great example of originality of artistic expression outside the BIG BOX production industry. We need fresh new stories rather than continuous recycling of the same tired themes that the film industry lazily relies on.
And even better, the ladies represent - female writers and producers created this scrappy little gem from scratch! We need more women in leadership to balance the perspective, including the movie biz.
While tight budgets show in the finer details, the bigger picture is a story well told.
