Its arma 3 where thorn bushes that render in when you're 5m far away from them can and will one hit the strongest armored vehicle in the game, the Slammer UP. Also never underestimate quad bikes plus all the realism mods like ace3 which they're using. EACH of that mods shrapnels that appear when a vehicle explodes has the damage of a GBU

Most pressure sensitive Anti-tank mines need about 1 ton of pressure to set one off. Most cars will do that, hell some cows will even do that.

According to my friend, anti-tank mine has some serious threshold, so yeah, it needs something as heavy as a tank to set it off.... Perhaps that civilian truck was pretty heavy.
