absolutely amazing..only a tabla player will understand the difficult to play this in purab style. To some extent its easier to play this in this tempo in the delhi style..well really appreciate the tonal quality, volume control, and relaxed bodylanguage while playing such an intense kayda.

I am a pakhawaj player but I learn tabla also 2 years and realize that the kayda is this two legends are playing is too much difficult
Well yes. It's also a beginner's kayda. However, at higher tempos, it's not easy to play either.

In the earlier times the teaching of music was done in such a way that the family members and the worthy perosns were the ones to be lucky enough to gain the knowledge.
For example, Pt.Ram Sahai ji used to keep a chit of paper tied with a tread near the biceps. It contained all the compositions which he made and only handed over to his son when he was on the death bed in order to make the gharana grow.

Dhere dhere toh shudhu Benaras ba Lucknow er na, ba shudhu ekprokar er hoy tao na. Abar emon o na je Ram Kumar Mishra bajate parben na bole erokom bajalen. That dhere dhere was a demand of the composition being rendered, and so was played as such. Composition wise majhe moddhe stroke bodlay, tai ekta baj ke fake bola kokhonoi jayna.
