they will slowly ease you into this. by giving keys for missions sometimes. then you will already have some shards and just spend money to complete the skins. with that money you will have new shards and then you are into the cycle.
This shit should be illegal in a game thats accessible to kids.

In pc lol you can reroll the skin shards you dont want to a skin

Hextech chest is I think for collectors and big spender who wants to have Hextech skins and Iconic Garen. I Think it's risky to spend 750 WC just to have 50 keys ang get nothing.

You get 5 for disenchanting, need 450 to get the lowest tier skins, the orange essence you get is a joke AND you can only buy keys. I really hope they make some major changes to this otherwise I can't see any regular players using this. Getting the skin you want is much cheaper and you actually know you'll get the one you want.
True for 15k WC I can literally buy 1-2 skins for my mains since I am a multi role.

Phew almost started trying to get the hex tech ali or j4. Im glad I stopped only to get a 10 dollar cheap skin.
I’ve opened 39 chests and I’ve gotten solar eclipse Leona & chromacrash samira. Not the shard just the skin outright, the samira skin has a 0.08% drop rate. 1k orange stones has 0.1%. I imagine the Leona skin has a similar drop rate. So two times I’ve hit a less than a tenth of a percent drop chance (0.1%) and could have gotten 2k orange stones.
I had to sell my Miami villa to buy new Garen skin. Thanks, riot!
So, conclusion, it's not worth it. Well, if you're a big spender or a collector that is. With the 15k Wild Cores, you could've bought 12 Legendary Skins.

I thought this is a pretty good idea but the reward sucks. This is much expensive than normal gacha which nowadays have pretty great odds. I guess hextech is not something to be hype for not on wildrift. Now an iconic garen gameplay next 🔥

Rito made official servers for Garena Lol to migrate to Riot servers. And wr proceeds to do the exact same thing Garena was known for lmao.
Idk man when I was playing league in garena servers they were alot more generous you got a ton of bonus skins and rp just from purchasing rp as an extra reward compared to now where you get nothing and the prices now have to be adjusted to US currency.
