Great vid, ty. I watched one that made it sound like rocket science and another that made it sound wayyy too easy, yours was just right, ty.

Are you going to film the rocker boxes being removed and caskets replaced? Interesting listening to you work you explain things in a way that newer younger riders can follow. I hope they appreciate that.

I have been debating on putting that one out I do have a video of me taking silver apart. So probably will these videos usually do well over time

    Great video layman's terms great.
I have the same problem Fatboy 2003 efi and it's going to cost me around £1000 to get done at Harley Davidson in London.
And you are right very scary and intimidating to remove the tank.
I also need to remove the fuel line from the injection port as it sometimes pops off.
Keep up with the videos 😊

Thanks for the vid. What size hose is that as far as diameter?

Not 100% sure just big enough to slide over the nipple easily

I've heard you can install a quick connect to crossover hose under tank.

That might be something worth looking into

I’m confused, what wires did you need to cut towards the final steps? You said “you’ll need a wire cutter” but then kinda edited past that part, is it just an unplug or do you actually cut wires and if you do how you do reattach them when you put the tank back on?

A single wire connected to fuel sending unit, it was aftermarket so not something that typically has to be done, I put it back together with a quick connect for future repairs

Pretty crazy what removing 30 lbs from something what a difference it makes
