How does beer licenses work for events??

Depending on where the event is you might need different licenses for different counties in a given state. So one might be good in one county but if you cross the county line it would be useless and fines are heavy. I’d Im not mistaken you can get temporary event licenses. I was curious too and just googled this not long ago
